Picking up my mobile order through drive thru @1130 when I get off work and it never fails this location barely lets you get to the window before they ask you to go park. Tonight already 3 cars parked in front of me and they want me to park. I don’t think they ever hand out food out the actual window. You can sit and watch them pile up orders then try to take 2 or 3 orders at a time to parked cars. It’s absolutely awful in the evenings at this particular location.

Had to wait ” around the building ” for 25 min. Because they were out of beef. Girl finally came out to tell us they were sorry, and asked if we wanted drinks for waiting. Got home with our food. No Fire sauce, Quesadialls were not cut. Tortillas were like eating rubber. Burritos Supreme was sparse with ingredients. Had to repeat my order to them 3 times before they even got it right. 2 Quesadialls, 1 Burrito Supreme, 1 Black bean Burrito and 1 Nacho Fry. $ 29 are you freaking kidding me? I have always loved Taco Bell, but I’m done. No more !

There was a staff member who wouldn’t quit talking about beating up people in her personal life. I didn’t want to hear that tough-girl stuff. Other than that, everything was great. The food was hot and fresh.

So I come here all the time due to it being close to my home. The food and service are always pretty bad… but today 12/31/25 I came and got some New Year’s Eve food at around 3:30pm and it was the best service and food I’ve ever gotten from this location. Whoever is working that shift has their priorities right whereas nightshift does not. Thank you for actually making the taco bell experience the way it’s supposed to be.

This can’t be that hard of a concept to cut a quesadilla. They literally teach you with on the job training. The hires you have clearly don’t care about the job and lack basic customer service skills as well as skills to complete simple tasks. The chicken chalupa we ordered was hard as a rock and inedible. I don’t know what’s going on in the kitchen but there needs to be a serious improvement. No one is asking for a five star experience, we are asking for competent employees to carry out basic tasks.

Just wow… as an assistant general manager of a restaurant I just can’t believe the employees here tonight. They close in 20 minutes. She made sure to let me know they close in 20 minutes.. and they were out of rice, beef, and etc. was that the easiest way to tell me not to order bc she is ready to go home.? I’m confused. How unprofessional: and I wonder how the district manager feels about sales turned down because of lazy employees at end of day. Just confused.

Went to this Taco Bell decided to dine. Me and my girlfriend went in the store. There is one older gentleman and he was waiting for his food, there was also maybe one person in the drive-through. We stood there for 10 minutes as the staff just walked around in the back working and not one person greeted us or took our order so we decided to go down the road to taco Casa. When we left, there was also nobody in the drive-through they were not busy and could not take the time to serve their customers. there was also no kind of greeting when you entered the door or exited.

Melody the night shift manager was extremely helpful and kind after I had explained I had a bad experience with another taco bell, she explained what they would usually do in those situations and decided to remake my order for me. She needs a raise!! Awesome manager and awesome night crew.

No nacho, all fries. 🙁 The cheese cup only filled the bottom of the cup. 3/4 of the cup is completely empty. Grilled cheese burrito hardly had nacho cheese either … maybe the machine broke like McDonald’s icecream machine. I usually love you guys. This betrayal hurt my soul. 🙁 Hope to make up soon, pookie. I still love you, Taco Bell. I’m not mad. Just disappointed.
