I’m going to have to pick up where someone left off two months ago but before I do, as a new customer I’m disappointed. When you order Bell Grande meal that hard shell Taco was not a hard shell all the way across. Beit the meat being too greasy or a surface that wasn’t dry from cleaning, I have to agree I wouldn’t eat this for fear of cross contamination to save my life. Now, when we talk about atmosphere, quiet…too quiet. You also have a cashier working the register with someone elses log in credentials, can prove that too, she definitely didn’t look like a Carlos. She herself when I walked through the door looked like she had just seen the new District Manager. As far as I know it’s the same one but the point is clear. Regardless of who your customer is act like you want to be there even if you don’t. Smile be more interactive. Nacho Fries were made fresh which was appreciated and a nice glass of Mug Rootbeer to go with. As for the Bell Grande itself Pauls Valley has done better for presentation. Otherwise, a little soggy on the nachos but to be expected when put together the way it was.

Staff were fine but take look. Do you think that’s $25 worth of soft tacos? I got a 12pk and they all looked like this. Wrong wrapper which I get but there is literally 90% lettuce in these. Also, all the tortillas were wet. Assuming they cleaned the stagging area prior and didn’t dry it off, no telling what chemicals are being soaked up.

I cant honestly tell you about the food, service, or atmosphere, because when I made my order online and got to the store it had closed over an hour early! (They are supposed to close at midnight on weekdays) I was told by the one employee left in the parking lot that management had cut the food order down to save money and they ran out of many key ingredients and couldn’t make what people were ordering. Great way to do business and serve your community.

Placed a mobile order this evening for myself and family. Sat in the drive-thru line for 10 minutes (9:20) before finally getting to the window then sat at the window for an additional 15 minutes waiting for my food (9:35). Once I got it, I parked to verify everything was there since I waited so long and I had quite a bit of food. I was missing 1 item so I pulled back around to go back to the window (9:38), there were already 5 cars ahead of me and I sat there until 9:45 before the remainder of the cars were pulling up, once I got to the speaker no one was answering after 5 minutes I pulled up behind the other cars and they began driving off. The car in front of me got handed a bag and once I got to the window after them, the lady shut and locked the door and no one came to the window. I called the store, was sent straight to voicemail, knocked on the window and was completely ignored. They were cleaning everything and had broken down everything. I watched the lady who locked the door pick up my missing food, show another girl, laugh and then threw it in the trash. The lack of service was baffling and the fact this location doesn’t close until 12AM but had everything locked up, lights off inside and out (except the kitchen) and was refusing to even communicate closing early and just blatantly ignoring customers is annoying as hell. I spent an entire hour at this place and I paid for food I never got and watched it get thrown away because why? Guess we’ll never know.
10/10 do not recommend this location.

The store is only amazing & fast service when the manger Gary & Carlos are working. When that Tyler kid is manger you wait forever for your food & he’s very unprofessional & just has a very poor attitude. Now that a.j. Is back it’s seems to be very unorganized.

All the taco bells should be like this, I have a lot of time traveling all over the country and really very good preparation and attention from this team. Including the man at the cash register and two Latin ladies with a very good attitude

This review is definitely not a very pleasant one.
Although due to the harsh times we are living I will try to be as compassionate as possible.
I will start by thanking the workers that show up everyday at this location. Again, thank you. Although, even if you have horrible management and even higher up management, this is no way to run a facility. Imagine giving yourself or even your family this. Not okay.
It is not the employees fault, but the corporations fault or the separate owners fault for the hiring process. Sadly I will never go here again. We normally eat at home and sometimes eat out, but this will no longer be an option.

This was my first time in my life getting bad service. These people were extremely rude and disgusting. Inside the location is filthy as well. Just make the drive to Norman or deliver from there. Or get Taco Mayo.

Went in to this location on September 13, 2025. Stood at the counter for over 10 minutes and was ignored the whole time no one ever came to take my order. Eventually, I Hispanic woman who couldn’t speak English came out and pointed me over to the kiosk. At this point, I had already been there for close to 15 minutes. I went to the kiosk and placed the order and when I went to scan my card, the kiosk went blue screen and said that an error occurred and it couldn’t process my order so I got mad and left. The next day they processed the transaction and charged me for food that I never got. I emailed Taco Bell corporate and got a response. Email saying that said “we’re on it.!” That was seven days ago and I haven’t even received a response. The only reason that they’re getting one star is because I can’t see that zero stars is an option. When the whole crew will ignore you standing there and no one will take your order within 15 minutes the place should Be shut down
