My kid went to pick up an online order, waited for 48 minutes, an online order that should have been ready for pick up. Anyway, when it finally came out, it said her first name and the last name part was ‘d34d’ (some crazy combination to mean dead). I called the manager, he said he didn’t know but it did not come from them, the sticker did not come from them. Who else could the sticker have come from? The name used to create and order online is her first name and last initial only, last initial starts with the letter W. Very wild!

There was literal spit in my food. Drive through took 20 minutes, the guy at the window did not have any customer service manners, and my tacos were visible when opening up the paper bag (meaning they didn’t get fully wrapped.) I need leave these kinds of reviews but this was horrible

I just moved to Mustang and this is the first time I’ve been to this location. I used the App and got the Supreme Luxe Box with Chalupa Supreme – Chicken , Beefy 5 Layer Burrito , Soft Taco , Cinnamon Twists , and a Medium Dr Pepper all for $7.00 plus tax. I received my food quickly and took it home. Everything was put nicely in the box , nothing missing , and the 6 hot sauce packets I asked for. I read a bunch of bad older reviews on this location , but for me , everything was just like any other Taco Bell I’ve been to. The dining area was clean and my food was good. I didn’t interact with the employees since I ordered on the app and they put your order in a rack on the counter. I usually take pictures for reviews , especially if it’s my first time , but I was hungry and ready to get home after a long morning.

From the minute I pulled up to the drive-thru I knew I was not going to enjoy this experience. The young lady at the drive-thru sounded like she could care less whether or not I was at the store. She lack lusterly took my order and got it wrong. I got home to sit down to a watery burrito with four or five onions in it barely any cheese you had to eat it with both your hands because it was so empty of product. The tacos were soggy and again you had to eat it with two hands before it fell apart. The only thing they got right was the amount of sauce I asked for. Each of the sauces came in a little package. As I pulled it out of the bag I wondered how many men hours were used putting sauces in little packages that could have been better used if somebody had trained the employees how to present themselves in front of a customer. The other thought I had was this was the worst dining experience at Taco Bell I’ve ever had and I will not go back. Not worth the amount of money they charge. Instead I suggest going to Taco Casa much better products at that place.!

Caden was the kindest Taco Bell employee I have ever met (and I eat at Taco Bell often). He was so friendly and efficient, and he made my night. He needs a raise! Such a lovely interaction with a genuine human. Can’t say enough positive things about him!!

I am normally not Karen like but this is like the third time I’ve came here and they never actually made my order or mixed it up with some one else’s.
This time I get up there and wait 20 minutes and nothing, Meanwhile I see 8 people leave with theirs. So I mention that im still waiting on an order, they said they think some one took it and will remake it. No big deal.
20 minutes later one of the staff is like “Did yall make that order for colton?” And the guy im assuming is the manager states “I am making theirs next.” At this point 3 people have now gotten their order.

I have given this business a five-star review in the past but this is ridiculous. I will never be back to this place ever, I spend $50 to $60 every time I go there and had six or seven problems with items. hard chicken, hard potatoes, cantina bowl with hardly anything in it and was told that’s the way it was that the items just slid over, give me a break, was told that they would replace the items better yet they would redo the whole order, was told that by Kenneth, when I got there they went to go look for Kenneth. Couldn’t find him and then all of a sudden he doesn’t work there anymore and I’m told they’re not going to replace my order. It’s too large, I left there. On top of all that the kitchen was filthy and there was standing water on the ground in the lobby and nobody cleaned it up, yet a crowd of people staying in the back had time for a conversation Iwill never go back, I did not have kind words for them. I’m not going to lie, I was very mad..Don’t mess up an order. Tell someone you’re going to fix it and then do nothing, Horrible. Horrible. Horrible customer service will never ever be back to that place ever again, I will tell everybody that I know to never go there.. Update: And And since there’s been no response from the company in an adequate time, I will further escalate this.

Came at 5:47pm order #269, #030397. Had an order that came out to 7.46 and handed 7.50 to cashier. Cashier short changed me 4 cents and didn’t say a word about it beforehand without notice, when asked told me “we don’t give Pennies” very scummy behavior. If you’re going to have a a 7.46$ total, inform me before I hand you change that you’re out of Pennie’s or adjust menu price to come out to 7.50$ not mad about the 4 cents, just the principal and morals behind the theft of it. the old lady & younger man working this morning on 11/19 at 9:15am were EXTREMELY rude. i pulled up to the drive thru , the man answered the headset & literally just sat there until i said hello? i have an online order for – & he said what ? i had to repeat myself twice. then i
pull up & the old lady opens the window just enough to stick the food out & say in .2 seconds “ have a good day” & slammed the window. before she could close it i interrupted her and asked if i could have a water , she rolled her eyes , grunted & slammed the window shut. came back with the smallest size water , i said thank you and she once again rolled her eyes & slammed the window. i frequent here often and have not really had any problems with the workers attitude. usually just the preparation of the food is poor but it is taco bell. but these two were miserable & obviously hate their jobs but i guess i would too if i was still working at taco bell at that age. -10/10 experience this morning.
