Lied to our faces that they didn’t up-charge us, then when we checked the receipt they had roundup our money owed for whatever donations we has specifically told them we did not want to pay extra for.
INSANE that something which has never exceeded $8.19 for me this whole semester is suddenly almost $10 and they’re LYING TO MY FACE when I pull up to the window, and making giggles about how it’s “so crazy the price of burritos went up”.
MAKE SURE THEY KNOW THEY CAN’T DO THAT TO YOU.

Literally haven’t ate Taco Bell and so long then finally was convinced too last night (Tuesday night) and it was just a terrible experience. First off the guy on the mic asked us what we wanted then we told him just a second then the girl working literally 5 seconds later was like “What Yall want” and started talking loud so we just ordered off the top of our brains then all my tacos were extremely sloppy. Waste of money honestly. Won’t catch me going back to this location. How do you get that much sour cream on the side of the taco?? I get if it’s an accident but the fact they didn’t change it out or what not really shows the level of caring they have.

Went there on Christmas Eve and they shut the menu off on us before we even got a chance to order at 7 o’clock and the girl told us that they actually close at nine but they’re trying to get out of there. They threw our food together in the most disgusting and careless way. My husband‘s five layer burrito had a taco inside of the burrito for the beef part I guess… Nothing made a lot of sense and they were extremely rude. The only one who was even nice there was the girl, but the guys were yelling “We’re not turning the menu back on. We’re closed” two hours before they were supposed to close! Very disappointing.

In the drive thru I asked if they could modify an item to resemble the discontinued 7 layer burrito. The employee said “no”.
I didn’t want to argue, so I said “I bet there’s a way, but I’ll get a-” and the employee interrupted with “WOOOW those are fighting words!” After an awkward silence the employee said “I’m just kidding.”
I sat there stunned for about 15 seconds deciding if I still wanted to order at all. The whole experience felt really hostile and I wasn’t sure I wanted them handling my food.
Moral of the story: The customer is not always right, but they are always the customer.

My food arrived AN HOUR after it was PICKED UP from the delivery driver & I only live 5 mins from the restaurant… Food was cold, absolutely disgusting, & inedible by the time it arrived.. I am STILL waiting on a reply about a refund/resolution from the restaurant. Don’t EVER use the delivery option through the Taco Bell App! No customer service whatsoever. I called the store and they said to contact Door Dash even though my delivery was set up THROUGH THE TACO BELL APP! Once they realized this they told me to “fill out the form online.” Still haven’t heard from management or anyone since I filled out the form about any kind of resolution. Couldn’t adjust the tip for the driver either since it was all done through the Taco Bell App and not directly through Door Dash..

The evening shift almost always messes up my food. Morning shift does hot, fresh and fast but during the evening it’s either cold, skimpy or I’m missing something from my order. Today it was insanely skimpy on the portioning and my quesadillas were basically burnt. I’ve stopped ordering on this shift particularly bc it never fails to surprise me that my food is horrible.
