The new Taco Bell looks great —modern, clean, and full of fun Y2K vibes ✨. I’m loving the Decades Menu—such a nostalgic throwback ! And thank goodness the 7-Layer Burrito is back—please keep it forever .

That said, customer service feels like a thing of the past . A couple of employees were helpful , but several others walked right past me and ignored me ‍♂️ .

Overall: awesome concept, great food, but service needs a little more heart .

This specific taco bell takes absolutely forever to make your order, especially if you ordered it online. never had an issue with the food itself but i have waited up to an hour before for food. you’re better off ordering at the location on Santa fe

We worked with Liam to help secure food for a large high school event and it was great! Smooth process, the food stayed hot and tasted fresh. I know the staff worked diligently throughout the morning to make it the best experience- and it was! The students were thrilled and no one left hungry. I will be visiting this location again.

Also, Liam went above and beyond with customer service as I added a personal item to the order and he ensured it was made properly. We were well taken care of!

I appreciate this team! The program directors said it was the easiest Saturday lunch for this program we’ve had in years and want to use them again. Thank you, TBell Edmond! Now, I just need some swag!

The weekend of Valentine’s Day, this store provided an extremely large order for over 200 students that was absolutely perfect. **Taco Bell Corporate take note- the manager (apologies the name escapes me) and team member Liam provided exemplary service making everything so easy to order, pay, and receive items. We deal with many large orders from multiple places and I can easily say this customer service was amongst the best, comparative to any on-site catering service and the food was quality and enjoyed by all. Our deep gratitude to this store and its leadership.

I regularly eat here, they’ve gotten much better about order consistency and speed since opening…
Today, 12/14 about 11:30 am, I went through the drive through and stalled my car in the middle of the loop, knowing my alternator was going out so I was stuck in the drive through. The employees with no hesitation ran out, helped me push the car around to the parking lot, and gave me a jump start. Was on my way within 5 minutes… 5 star service

Shannon, General Manager, was absolutely phenomenal in the way that she handled one of our orders. The only question she asked was how they can do better!!! I’m not sure if I’ve ever heard a manager just go straight to valuing what a customer has to say and not argue debate or critique a complaint you may have let alone inspect the food!!

It was a special day for the kids. We planned our whole morning around “getting to have taco bell breakfast.” Showed up 15 minutes after they opened. We were greeted by the automated “will you be using our mobile app” message, then silence. I patiently waited, swung around again, then waited at the window. They looked right at me, rolled their eyes, then kept doing their own thing.
Don’t advertise that you’re open at 7 unless you’re willing to take an order at 7:15.
Absolutely fire your openers. They are rude and unprofessional.

The food was nassstty. After I ate it I felt sick. I did an online order and I thought they made those orders when you give them your name and pull up. My chicken melt was cold and the cheese not melted a whole bunch of sauce. The supreme wrap was cold as well. The only good thing was the nacho cheese that came with my stale chips. The strawberry pomegranate refresher or water tasted like strawberry tea. I stopped going to Taco Bell because the food is never good and it’s been almost year I thought I would give it another chance and I fully regret that decision.

Pretty good compared to other taco bells, but sometimes gets my order wrong. Always fast to correct. However, even if my order is small, and there’s nobody else in line, I have to pull around to the double doors nearly every single time.

This morning I pull up, tell them my mobile order, and on the speaker the first thing they say is to pull around. There’s nobody here. They care more about “timing” than anything. This happens 90% of the time at this location.

I visited this location for the first time, I must say I was impressed with the set up. I really like how the lobby is set up and also love the wide open kitchen. Very clean store and I LOVE all the color, the purple wall with the small window up top is much better than being surrounded by huge windows!! I observed Shannon communicating with her crew the entire time! Great job!!
