My husband and I both got a discovery Luke box for $9 each! We went through the drive thru. After we had already got on the highway we tasted our Pepsi’s and it was nothing but straight carbonation there was no Pepsi taste to it! Then when we got home and started eating our Crunchwrap supreme it had no crunch wrap in it and the tiniest bit of meat in it! It was literally 2 tortillas folded together with vegetables and cheese! I’m not exaggerating when I say it had the tiniest amount of meat in it! Also the food wasn’t hot at all it wasn’t even warm hardly! For $20 I expect to get what I pay for not get ripped off! Service your soda machines more often and take better control on your food quality because we were highly disappointed! My husband is very seldom get a chance to be able to afford To eat out and we chose your restaurant! Shame on you Taco Bell do better

Well it’s Taco Bell so it’s not like I went there looking for good food. They were the only place open. They were more interested in what was going on in the drive-thru than they were the lobby. The atmosphere is what it is. All their restaurants are very dated. Looking. Very dull and unappealing. But it was good for a quick fix.

I had a gift card when I visited and it wasn’t swiping properly on the keypad. The manager stepped in and gave me my meal for free so I wouldn’t have to use my own money. He was so nice and helpful

Order 16d30b. Place is understaffed and under trained. People were asking for money back. They had been waiting over 15 minutes. A female employee asked my name and put ours together, but did not have much on other line. She did a good job.

I would suggest checking the bags before leaving to make sure you have everything. Got home and was missing 3 items that were order and to top it off the two hard shell tacos we got weren’t even wrapped they were just put in a sleeve and thrown in the bag. Which means when we got home every other item was covered in meat, sauce and sour cream. Very disappointing.

Been a few times now my local taco bell fails at removing cheesedairy from my order. I can’t have dairy and it’s been a handful of times I took my order home just to find cheese. The alteration is on the receipt therefore I know I said no cheese.

I’m getting so sick of getting screwed by Taco Bell!! The one on HWY 71, is a joke! The order is almost always wrong! The picture is supposed to be a Mexican pizza., I know, it’s hard to tell. Taco Bell, you need to hire a responsible adult to make sure things get done properly!

This tacobell has the best buffalo chicken cheese fries! After seeming like the other area taco bells have been slacking, this one still delivers a quality taste with friendly customer service! We will start using this option vs our closer location(Towson Ave) due to their superior characteristics. Thank you and have a blessed day!

I bought Nacho fries and a chicken chalupa. I tasted a fry it was cold but of course my cheese was hot. I got back in line and they replaced the fries and gave 2 coupons because I had to come back.. lol.. I got to the light took a bite of my chalupa and it was cold . .. lesson learned don’t ever go to Taco Bell at 1057am .. you will be served last shift leftovers.
