I love tacobell, but it really interrupts the atmosphere when all I hear is the workers bickering with eachother.
You’d think at such a large franchise they’d put managers into said establishments to keep such infighting from occuring and make it overall a better experience, but what would I know; I’m just a paying customer and all.

I came here on a monday afternoon really craving a grilled cheese burrito after a GRUELING shift at work, only to then experience the absolute calamity that the manager(maria) had brought up to the drive thru window when simply being requested to remake my burrito. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with how she treats her staff too, all i heard was yelling in the kitchen. worst taco experience ive EVER had.

Went through drive thru, the girl working window was very nice. The people working grill were rude when i went in because they forgot part of order. Taco was laying in my bag already broken and not even wrapped. My quesadilla was burned and not even cut into pieces. They acted like it was a burden to them that i went in to ask for the food i paid for because they were busy talking while the girl in drive was what appeared to be handling everything else alone

That was the absolute worst Taco Bell. I’ve had in a very long time. The nacho fries were inedible. Half of them were burnt and solid as a rock. My burrito was done completely wrong. It was an edible. I don’t know who they have working on the night shift tonight, but they’re not doing their job

Order was wrong and I took it all, uneaten back to get it exchanged for the correct one right away. The girl manager tonight 11/22 around 6:30 told the worker to tell me, they could make the food for me but I would be charged for it. I asked why if I was bringing it all back and just wanted it fixed, the worker then said, do you want to speak to the manager and I said yes. The manager basically wanted to blame me that I should have read the screen and I was responsible. She even turned around and spoke spanish to the workers blaming me, thinking I didn’t speak spanish. All the front end workers I spoke to were so nice. I am literally the least confrontational person and was just wanting my order fixed. She just made this big huge deal over 5 tacos.

I went to Taco Bell on 09/08 around 8:30 to pick up an online order, there wasn’t very much cars besides one in front of me in the line. I ordered 2 boxes of hard tacos, when I arrived home I opened the tacos to see they had no meat just the shell and lettuce. Not to mention they also made me wait about 15 extra minutes for them. Which I didn’t mind for, until seeing the quality of their food for the price. Literally paid $50 for lettuce.

I went through the drive thru and ordered $36.00 worth of food which is 5 doritos locos tacos, which i told them to make sure that there was only meat cheese and sour cream on them, they messed up and put tomatoes on them I went back through the drive thru to tell them they messed up and the little girl said they couldn’t fix it for me to pick the tomatoes off, that would have been fine and dandy if I wasn’t allergic to tomatoes, so I guess go to this taco bell if you want to die because they couldn’t fix their mistake, oh and she told me that if I wanted them the correct way that I would have to pay 36 dollars all over again. This place sucks especially if they dont care if you die from being allergic to something.
