There is something very annoying about buying food from the drive thru, driving to your next distinction to eat, and then finding out that the chicken strips looks like this. The only more annoying thing than that, is knowing that they charge $3.99 for this. They are completely inedible. Dry, like they have been sitting in the holding tray for at least an hour. The worst part is that Northwest Arkansas is highly competitive with fast food businesses, and many of them who sell fried chicken tenders like this. Taco Bell wants a piece of the pie, but serving this? We can blame the corporation, blame the staff at this store, but I blame myself for going out this “restaurant” and spending my money here. It is a complete disappointment. $3.99, $89.99, regardless of cost, no one should be served this atrocity. And if you read this far, please get your chicken tenders literally anywhere else.

Horrible service, I ordered on ubereats for pickup, I get to tacobell and John the employee won’t even give me my food an he threaten if i didn’t leave he was going to call the cops, so I had to contact ubereats for 10mins to tell them to refund me etc. Soo sad how this tacobell has changed and apparently the customer never right for apparently I am wrong in johns eyes. Redit or add on to another bad review, they can’t even make cinnamon twist have cinnamon on them

My husband and I ordered a mobile pick up after seeing this establishment was open till 3am silly me assumed at 1:00am I would still be able to get food , we pull up to drive through no one says anything over the speaker after waiting for about 5 mins we pull to the window when there is a guy in there mopping which clearly indicates they are closing the store , he finally acknowledges that we are sitting there mind you I’m Prego and hungry ! He tells us that they can’t serve us due to us getting truck which is very funny I have worked fast food before and even if you are receiving truck you have to service customers long story short they are closing early not 3am so that’s a lie , and we never got our food what has the world come to .

I’ve been going here for the past few months every single day for lunch to see Dale at the window and rest of the team. Ive been in a QSR for 4 years as a General manager so I understand the service industry. This whole team always delivers me the best service and food. It’s always so clean and organized. I mean look how I opened my box! Flat out amazing. I wish people would give a smile and let you guys know how amazing you are. I know I do and I really appreciate the owner and the store manager plus all of the shift leads and cooks. I really appreciate the quality. You’ve got me for life at this location.

Pulled through the drive through and got 3 Mexican Pizza’s and there was a bug in the cheese. I went in for a refund and the inside building/restaurant smelled disgusting and I asked if they were having sewage problems and she said well we have had problems and people working on it!!!! They should be shut down
