This is definitely the worst location out of all the ones I have been to!! They have no sense of urgency or get anything out in a timely manner!! Expect high wait times and your order to be completely messed up! Mobile pick up is also a joke! You get there 15 min after and still not ready! Was extremely excited to get a Taco Bell in pg. at least we have a McDonald’s across the street

This has to be one of the worst Taco Bell’s around. Employees are always rude especially in the drive thru and you will have to check your order before you leave because it will almost 100% be wrong. From other reviews, looks like management doesn’t care about all the complaints either.

Absolutely the worst tacobell ever. The employees are beyond disrespectful, and rude, had to have them fix my order 3 different times and each time they got worse. For multiple chances. The young boys in this tacobell need to understand customer service, but what do you expect when managers don’t do their part either. ♀️ not to mention the wait times, all the employees playing and joking around not actually doing their job. Truly dont even understand how this tacobell is still open.

I order 3 hard shells tacos and 3 hard shells surp And one sur. Bur. All the tacos we can’t even pick up to eat they all are wet and fell apart . If you see it you wouldn’t even eat it. My dog wouldn’t even look at it. That’s how bad it is..

Update- they’ve gotten much better the last 2ish months. Friendlier staff, food isn’t made incorrectly or cold anymore. Taco Bell used to have higher quality food in general and steadily declined since the early 2000s. I think 3 stars is the best a taco bell can hope for from anyone who remembers the old Taco Bell. But this location has improved and I revoke my 1 star review

Hands down the worse Taco Bell around! Took 30 min to get our food, then they messed it up and took another almost 20 min to get 2 items. The entire time they played and acted unprofessional making this the worse place to go to. I would avoid this place. I won’t be back for sure.

2nd visit to get tostadas, which was told they weren’t going to be doing tostadas anymore. This was on 12/19/2024, I took them home and for the 2nd time was disappointed. The beans were slapped on there, dried out and tasted old. I don’t understand you pay money for a meal and you get crap. I bought some a few weeks prior and it was the same. I use to like getting tostadas from Taco Bell but, not anymore. To the owners and employees, would you service this crap to your families?

Did a drive through order and the staff was very friendly when taking my order. The order was correct, and the food was hot when I received it. My burrito was made very well with plenty of filling and wrapped up perfectly. The pintos and cheese side cup was full with plenty of sauce and cheese on top. My soda was fresh and fizzy. This was my first time using this location and I was happy with the food and service.

Went thru drive thru they were patient while ordering. Not very friendly or outgoing for the position they’re in. Got home and found the Mexican pizza smashed on the back and hard taco broke. The good thing is there’s room for improvement! The food was good and not too messy compared to some.

Please stop turning the grills off 45 minutes before closing and stop having attitude when people come to order food, it’s your job. The past three times I’ve been there I left in the middle of the drive through and went to the Farmington location because the service is just a lot better.
