The employees there are great! Im a regular and have always had a great experience. I just have a complaint towards whoever is the scheduler/manager. This lovely, sweet woman and another associate seems like were the only two working this Sunday night and it was packed at 8 o’clock. This lovely young lady was very upset understandably. (Not entirely sure what the reason was) The scheduler/manager needs to do better and have adequate staff on hand. It’s not fair for the employees to endure emotional/mental abuse when it is avoidable. Theyre great employees and offer great service. The least their manager can do is staff them well, especially on the weekends.

I waited a long time for my order and none of it was fresh. When I asked for fresh fries, the bigger girl in the back said “they were fresh,” but they were not even hot. My sister placed an order when we did, and we waited for 40 minutes for her singular taco and small drink. This location specifically has horrible service any time we come; the man and teenage girl working tonight were dismissive and seemed very clueless, like it was everyone’s first day. Not to mention, there were also a few other customers waiting ridiculously long times, yet it was not busy in drive-thru or lobby/online.

My other food was fine except for the double stacked tacos that I got that were made incorrectly wich isn’t a huge deal but when I opened up my grilled cheese burrito im suprised it didnt classify as a taco its mushy soggy and overall a mess it looked like 2 people brought it to the parking lot and stomped on it absolutely insane to find something like this that they want me to eat

I was absolutely baffled at the service that I received here the other night. I placed my order online in advance, got to the store and it still took them 15 minutes to give me my order. Multiple people saw me standing there and made eye contact and didn’t once ask me if I’d been helped. They were all joking and laughing around with each other while slowly, and I do mean slowly taking their time making any food. I have no desire to come back to this store anytime soon.

Just bought dinner from here. The cashier at the drive thru was dismissive, rude, didn’t check my order, ignored my request for sauces and left my straws out. Been sitting on hold to talk to a manager for 5 mins while writing this. Corporate will hear about this location. I used to work for Taco Bell, shame on y’all for this unacceptable and unexcusable behavior. Oh and the best part. You left out my main food item from my combo box. Congrats!

Update- just tried this place again after a month of boycotting it. The drive thru cashier was rude and impatient. My 5 layer burrito is smaller than a bean burrito and I paid $5 for this thing??? Seriously taco bell, y’all need to check in on your stores and make sure people are following portion guidelines. I’m officially never buying anything from THIS location again.

The manager was amazing. I ordered my food by mistake at the wrong location and she prepared the food for me instead of me having to drive across town save me a trip. She made the food there. Also the staff is very polite. They were all very busy cleaning and making food. I recommend this Taco Bell to anybody driving by.

We came in after leaving another taco bell that we had to cancel our order due to extremely long wait, however the employees here were not only fantastic but gave us free coupons to make up for the experience at another location that was not even their fault. This is great customer service and you can tell they take pride in their job.

waited 40+ minutes for a single taco and a small drink, normally not bad service but I do come in at day time and the crew for the day shift is awesome everytime but this time I came in for night shift and the crew tonight had multiple people including myself for a long time for simple orders, definitely not coming at night time again

I think it’s wrong that they advertise their bowls to look like this and give you this. I know it’s fast food and you never really get what they advertise but they also didn’t make it right it didn’t have guacamole or the avocado ranch there is barely any cheese or chicken. I tried to eat it anyway but it was cold it gets very disappointing to consistently come to this Taco Bell and be disappointed
