We were driving through and love our local Taco Bell, but just sitting in the dinning area waiting, way too long for what we ordered. We have heard the lady at the counter telling someone else that they need to fire some girl, and if Teresa won’t do It so, so and so needs too. We don’t know what that’s about but it was definitely loud enough for us to heard it. The guy with the Black Beanie was cussing up a storm, so loud, multiple times. Definitely won’t be back. Very unprofessional

First off, the men’s restroom door will not shut, so there’s no privacy . The sign on door says the restroom is checked every 30 minutes for cleanliness , there’s tissue on the floor, and the mirror is filthy , someone not doing their job . The taco is great, but the crunch wrap tastes like it sits too long in grease, so maybe the cook at this Taco Bell needs to change grease on the grill more often This cost me and my wife around $20 , and since all I’m tasting is grease on crunch wrap I’m not impressed . Guess we should’ve gone somewhere else . My taste buds have grease all over them , yuck!!

We come here pretty often and they have never failed to give us a heaping nachos! 🙂 This one is for my son as he doesn’t want the guacamole or the sour cream. To make it more difficult- this is also the same meal that I like but I leave the guacamole and sour cream on. I mentioned this all to say that they’ve never gotten our order wrong. I really appreciate the service & attention our family has always received here!

I ordered the $5 box and this was my supreme chalupa…I think they just added meat to the sides. Anytime I come the employees are always great but usually the meat is hard to find in the order. I also wish they were open for breakfast.

I am a loyal customer of this location. I usually get my exactly as ordered. I do notice at times there is changes in food qualities. If they unfortunately have a large staff turn over. Other wise the food is made to my liking.

I’ve never seen a dirtier taco bell
There was food on the floor in the service area. The counters and floors were very dirty. You could definitely tell they have not been mopped or swept in quite a while. The lady’s bathroom and toilet filthy. When a restaurant is in that type of shape, It makes you wonder how the food is prepared. No matter how quickly it is served to you.

Customer service is a joke. Employees not willing to take orders. Not friendly at all. Complete waste of time and effort. Would give zero stars if possible. Forced to use kiosk and not offered a printed receipt. Employees visibly argumentative with 2 customers while my wife and I were dining. Very disrespectful, disappointing, and ridiculous.

I ordered the crispy chicken deluxe cravings box. Everything was except the one thing that is the main order (crispy chicken taco). Only has one small chicken strip in it and it’s mostly lettuce. Hardly any cheese either. Disappointing!
