Don’t come here when they are busy. You’ll get food half made correct and missing items. This my 3rd order they screwed up bad. These new street chalupas literally have 2 pieces of meat and like a few strands of the onion and cilantro. Completely missing half of what it comes with and half the portion. Just don’t do it.

I don’t like giving bad reviews and usually I think this place is great, but if I’m paying $3 for a drink, I would like to be able to drink it. The syrup ratio is off or non existent so all carbonation and because it’s drive thru, I wasn’t going back just for a drink. And it’s not just here. A lot of places don’t care. Drinks are for the profit and no one cares if we can actually drink them or not. Disappointing. Otherwise, the food and the service were great! I’ll be back… Just not for any drinks. (We were so thirsty that day though, ugh)

I have never been more upset at a fast food restaurant. I went to the counter to order my food because I have many exceptions to my food order. I was told to place order at kiosk. I said, no thank you..too many specials things to my order. The rude guy pointed his finger and told me I could make them all on that over there. Simce when do people not do their job and help a customer.

Giving 1 star because the gentleman that was working the drive-thru was really nice. As far as the quality of the food/ who works in the kitchen I would give a 0. Tortillas are stale, there is barely any meat on the tacos, the Mexican pizzas are disgraceful and taste like old grease, and everything is sloppily thrown together.

Really guys?! What the heck?! I’m DONE coming to this location. This is the 3rd time in a row I have gotten food with the tiniest amount of meat. I took a bite and then moved all the lettuce and there was NO MEAT!Everything in my meal was like this.

We were surprised the line for drive thru wasn’t packed with the return of Nacho Fries!! I barely placed my order in the app as we were heading to this location that our order was ready before we reached the parking lot!! My favorite is the MLK location for this area, but I’m slowly moving towards the Joyce location being added to my favorites as the service (depending on shift) was awesome today and I didn’t have to place a complaint call. Thanks for making my daughter’s happy and bringing back Nacho Fries!!

This rating is for the night shift. If yiu go on the week days its great.. weeknights its trash. I got some new menu items in the day it was fantastic my son came here at night the tacos were empty literally a spoon of chicken and that was it .I laughed so hard because I tried to tell him and when he complained to the tall girl who was saying she was a manager..lol she told him to leave or she was calling the police because he wanted a refund. NEVER GO HERE IN THE EVENING

The staff is always working quickly and pretty friendly. the food is usually better than expected, based on other taco bells in NWA.
About the inside: I’m glad they brought back the bisexual pride flag colors motif in the dining room. Makes me remember the good days. Only issue I have is the kiosks in the dining room, I hate them everywhere, but here they are. Maybe add a bell for people to ding for service, so staff knows we aren’t waiting on a mobile order and actually want help. Also, the braille information is located peculiarly low, I hope to God blind people aren’t reaching out for signage at crotch level. Although the button for assistance is at a low level for people in wheelchairs and perfect for preschoolers.

I went their around 11:30pm on January 29th 2026 waited at least 30 minutes for the food I swear they just took it out of the freezer I got the $7 box I ate half of it I will not be going back if I could give them a negative I would!!!

This makes 2x now that my order was completely wrong. I paid extra for old stale food. The fries were hard, missing onions and jalapenos, the steak tasted like it was rotten, and no straw or fork. I threw the whole thing away then attempted to call them 3x with no answer. Worst Taco Bell in NWA!!!
