So we came here and no one was at the front desk to order our food. So we were forced to use the automated system to order which isn’t really a big deal. Where they got me was with the dog….now I love animals but animals do not belong in a place where people eat, I mean come on. This dog was running around licking EVERYTHING, not on a leash and the owner I’m assuming picked it up and even went behind the counter with it! It didn’t even have a registered support animal harness or anything on. I’m not trying to be that guy but when we’re talking food and sanitation, there are standards that should be met and this place gave zero care about those food standards. Will not come back.

I used to love coming to this establishment but recently every time I come Heaven’s attitude is so awful and she is just the worst to be around. I can’t stand coming in here and dealing with her. Heaven? More like Hell. Get a better employee and get this one OUT. I think I’m done coming to this one, as I’ve been talking to friends and family in the area and realizing I’m not the only one having these experiences.

I have a very large order for a taco party. I came in and placed and paid for it the day before. Young man efficiently took my order. Next day it was ready on time and everyone helped me to get it in my vehicle. The order was done properly and everything was great! This team is friendly and professional. This is the 2nd time I’ve placed a large order like this and both times they’ve been on top of things. Kudos to a great team here!

Heaven shouldn’t have a job!! I’ve never seen such disrespectful service from anyone at ANY establishment!! I don’t know what Taco Bell is doing here but having her on their team will be their downfall. I tried making this my Go-To place bc I Love TacoBell! But every time I go through the drive-thru I get a wrong order most the time; but worse is the food. The tacos are so Pre-made they are cold and soggy when you get them in the drive-thru. EVERY TIME! The last time I got cinnamon twist they taste like Old Oil SOMEONE HELP MY TACO BELL PLEASE

Came in on 4/12 at 11:24 PM. The girl working the window was insanely rude and rough for no reason whatsoever. I ordered my basic food and was polite but it didn’t matter. She clearly hated her job and showed no signs of any difference. Not sure why she had to take it out on me though.

The staff at Taco Bell Jocye Blvd Fayetteville has to be some of our favorite. They are the best. We always receive the best care when we come here. They give us better service than we have received at some of the more expensive restaurants in the area.

Worst Taco Bell in Fayetteville hands down. The workers working after 11pm don’t actually want to work at all and will find any reason to turn customers away if it means they can avoid having to work. I went tonight and they were out of chicken and beef for 13 minutes, allegedly. Please just close at 10pm and stop inconvenience people.
