We just got back from here and the short gal in the kitchen had Such great costumer service skills! I just had to leave a review. There was a situation with the chalupas but she like sprang into action and fixed it, and she was so nice and happy to help us, so yea, you don’t see that level of costumer services skills as much these days, plus she made the most delicious chalupas ever. so the husband and I wanted to come on here and say Thank you! Also the young man that took our order was also awesome! Thanks yous guys.

This location is absolutely horrible. I just ordered and my sauce cup wasn’t even half full, my burrito is almost cold, and it’s ALWAYS THIS WAY. I’ve ordered burritos from this location before and have gotten uncooked rice multiple times, or sometimes the shredded cheese isn’t even melted it’s still whole shreds of cheese. You need an entirely new night staff because they can’t even serve hot food at this location. DO BETTER. If it wasn’t for me being starving when I order I wouldn’t even eat the food that comes out of this location’s kitchen. If they care this little about the food coming out I highly doubt they care about cleanliness either. Don’t even think about stopping at this one it’s better to go to the one on college.

today is my birthday, and i wanted taco bell for dinner. we get there and the guy at the window is rude and short with us (and has been previous times we’ve come). our nacho fries were half poured out in the bag so i didn’t even bother to check if we had everything else we ordered. we get home just to see that they forgot our chalupa, which happened to be the most expensive item and the thing i was looking forward to the most. this location isn’t always bad but when they are, they suck.

This is what two of the three quesadillas I purchased looked like. Hardly any cheese hardly and meat and NO sauce on them. Spent $28 for what? Tortilla? I would like to be refunded my money since I did not get what I paid for. This might be the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. It should not be acceptable to give this to customers. I waited a good 20 minutes in line for my food as well and based off of the soggy tacos I’m sure my food sat there the entire time.

This taco bell is utterly hit or miss, not in the sense that it is ever fantastic or truly horrid, but more so that it ranges from about one and a half stars, to, on a very lucky day, maybe crossing the threshold of a four. I don’t know how many times I have gone here just hoping for something a little better than a half hearted attempt at utter and total mediocrity, only to have the ever so familiar meh experience. Sometimes you get two packets of sauce for three items. Sometimes all your lettuce is one one half the item. And so it goes. The bean burritos are probably the most reliably adequate thing here.
