The AI thing in the drive thru never acknowledged me. Tried the verbal command to talk to someone. No one came. Sat in line for 20 minutes. Had to order at the window. Poorly managed. I advise going to any other location.

My mom and I went ro Taco Bell on MLK in Fayetteville Ar, and we had to wait around 20 minutes to get our food. We asked an employee why it is taking so long. He replied, “we cater to the drive thru customers first before the customers inside.” That made us really upset. Then when we got our food back home they did not give us what we ordered. My mom got a $7.00 box meal which was suppose to have chalupa supreme, beef 5 layer burrito, crunchy taco and cinnamon twists. We got crunchy taco and 2 chicken tacos and nachos with cheese. I ordered chicken quesadilla and a soft taco. I never got the soft taco. We were not taking it back because they would not want to see us if we showed up there. I do not refer anyone to go there. Very rude people.

Come here at night, there’s absolutely no one here and the lobby wait times are reasonable. You can certainly expect a shorter wait time than that of the drive through.
Incredible atmosphere for sitting and waiting for food, which would never happen, cause the wait time is so good.

Normally have a super good experience here, but this time the food was completely wrong. To start, we got a black bean grilled cheese burrito that is supposed to come with a bunch of stuff inside, but instead it was empty with only a small portion of rice and black beans. In addition, I got a supreme taco that came with no sour cream, and then a Doritos locos taco that came regular.

It’s a college town Taco Bell.
That said, if I have a hankering for a late night quesadilla or taco, you better believe this is going to be my spot. Will they get my order wrong? Possibly. But that’s part of the experience it. Just embrace it.
And don’t forget the fire sauce.

Very obvious nobody in this store cares. Tried one of the beefy Crunch burrito and it was alright but it only had sour cream in the very last bite, and they can’t even cut a quesadilla into 4 equal pieces. I don’t even care about the pieces being equal but they could at least put enough ingredients in the quesadilla that the whole thing has cheese and meat

The robot at the drive through sucks and makes it seem like you don’t care about your customers. Y’all had stopped using for a while because it sucks but now you are using it again. I (and hopefully others) will be leaving a 1 star review every time I come to Taco Bell until it is removed!
