Ordered a taco party pack meat and cheese only took almost 30 minutes to get food then get home and find barely any food pretty much 30$ for six tacos because that’s how much meat and cheese was on twelve tacos ridiculous

Ordered the black beans and rice: the tiniest container comes out and isn’t even half full. There are hair particles stuck to the tray. Not one staff member acknowledge our existence. No “have a nice day” nothing. They slapped another girls food on the counter and hollered her name. I think we can step it up a little here

Your better off making your own food, waited 70 mins for a taco 12 pack, nothing crazy, nothing extra. Employees literally standing around while 20 people were in the lobby waiting for food or there food was wrong. Not a single employee gave a crap about the customers.

Chips stale on three items that were ordered they put beans on my steak quesadilla m? Weird. And 8 pieces of steak. Also it wasn’t cut AT ALL. Got the lux box. No box bc the lady said the boxes break even though they were going out drive through just fine then the tacos looked like a hammer was taken to them. None of the sauces I added were in the bag or napkins. It’s an every time occurrence. The sad thing is everyone in there was working. It was just shitty.

I was 4th car in line at drive through and waited about 25 minutes. Then when I open a taco, I may have had 2 strands of cheese on about a teaspoon of beef with a broken shell. I understand it’s fast/junk food but take at least a bit of time and make the food the way it’s supposed to be.

Ordered through their mobile app to be delivered to me at work. The driver dropped off the wrong order with no receipt and only my first name written on the side of the bag. I called and spoke to the manager on duty and they said they ran out of receipt paper… then said “oh we got a lot of door dash orders tonight for different Dannys”… Her solution? Go up there and pick up my remade order.. what about the $6 delivery fee I had to pay and the $6 tip I gave the driver?? On top of all that, they were rude and had a condescending tone and just hung up when I told them I wouldn’t be coming back to get my food. I am furious with the incompetent and inept service I received, and will be filing a complaint with their cooperate office.

I ordered a number 11, cantina chicken taco meal, on the tacos there is supposed to be melted cheese on the side, but I open my taco and the cheese isn’t melted at all. Very disappointed, it takes 15 seconds too melt this cheese on a grill, and they chose to slack. I was the only person there too, they were not busy at all.

I got a loaded beef nacho for my moble order and they forgot to put guacamole and the sauce on it and barely filled my box with a lot. Come on guys, Brookland’s taco bell does better. I got something else for my little sister but didn’t get to check if anything was missing. The people who answered the window didn’t seem very happy to be working, it’s not difficult to have a little bit of enthusiasm or to make a simple small meal the way it should be.
