All of our food was cold. The cheese wasn’t even melted. It was sloppily put together. They are very, very rude there. Every time I added one thing to my order they said are you done and all I got was two tacos and two quesadillas and a large Baja blast, so right after I asked for the two tacos they told me my price and teleport to the second window and then I said I wasn’t done with my order and then I asked for the two quesadillas and I said are you done yet? I said no I need a drink. Also I said OK pull it to the window. I I even emailed them about this and put a report for my food because my pregnant wife could not eat. None of this is all cold and nasty and they never emailed me back. Said anything I’ve already put in two request and they seem to ignore me all the way down to management are rude. (Night staff). But there are two people on the night shift black lady and white guy and when they work alone, they are very nice and the food is always good but the other night shift workers are horrible.

The person at the windows was very rude we did a mobile order and she told us we were wrong about what store we put it in at so we canceled it and put the order in in drive though she had a hard time hearing us so we asked her to repeat the order to us to make sure everything was correct and she gave us a nasty look I do not appreciate how rude she was at all iv worked fast food and that is no way to treat someone who is trying to be very nice. This Taco bell is a revolving door. The employees do not care, but recently it looks like they are doing better. We will see how long that will last. They usually work off of a skelton crew. I hope it gets better.

I always crave Taco Bell late at night, and this location is really good. The young lady always in drive thru during that time ( I went around 2AM in the morning l) is super sweet and helpful. They ran out of an item and she was very kind in replacing it, giving us different options, she had patience and made sure my food was fresh. Will definitely be back whenever she is there

I always love the value packs they have, this time I bought the $9 pack and was disappointed in the food inside. Not the fault of the people, it was just my own fault for not knowing what I was getting. I felt there $7 value pack was much better tasting and a much better value. The people working here were pleasant but definitely wouldn’t go the extra mile.

Drove in around 8:45 pm. and ordered the chicken combo with the fries.
Well let me tell you. I’m scared to eat anything I have. I took a bite of the dark looking chicken, and it tastes rancid like they haven’t changed the oil in forever.
The fries are hard as a rock like they’ve been sitting there all day.
The only thing that tastes and looks normal is the drink.

Worst taco bell EVER. Rude people. Manager hung up on me. Didn’t give us receipt and didn’t give us all of our food. Wanted us to bring all the food back to make sure they didn’t forget even after we ate it and touched what we had. This is the worst customer service especially during the covid 19 pandemic. Food wasn’t fresh. I will never return to this location! Waste of money and time.

This location is intentionally ripping people off, and needs to be investigated by corporate.
This is my second visit here this week, and the drive thru associate and I specifically verbally confirmed twice via drive through speaker that these were to be SUPREME tacos and a LARGE raspberry freeze.
Same as last time, the tacos are plain, no sour cream or tomatoes, and the entire taco is basically lettuce. Only a pinch of meat and cheese.
The “large” freeze is an exaggerated shot glass, same height as a cigarette pack. Looks like a child size drink.
I basically just paid $15 for three lettuce stuffed tortillas and a shot glass of sugar water to choke it down.
I’m not going back through a ridiculous line and wasting 20 more minutes to face hostility and retaliation where I’d likely end up with a replacement that has bodily fluid added and no additional cost.
I won’t be back.

Hands down the worst experience I have ever had in Taco Bell. I ordered in the app and every thing was wrong. My chalupa appeared to have been soaked in the taco meat grease. I ordered a chicken quesarito and received a beef on with two small pieces of grilled chicken in one end. I didn’t receive my drink and my nachos were dumped out in the bottom of the bag. I am in the hospital having had back surgery today and was excited to get some decent food. Ultimately all I did was waste $17 ☹️ and on top of that, the lady working the drive thru was rude to my husband.
