I went through drive thru today and ordered a chicken quesadilla and taco meal. I opened the box for the quesadilla and it looked horrible. It was so greasy that the tortilla was soggy. The cheese was so runny it was outside the tortilla. I went in and asked to speak to the manager. I was told at first that was the way the quesadilla’s were. When I told them no they weren’t, they said they would make me another but it would be the same. I told them I wouldn’t eat that! But they didn’t offer to refund the cost of the quesadilla. Shame on them. For the cost of that at Taco Bell from now on when I want a quesadilla, I’ll go to one of the Mexican restaurants in town and get one cooked right.

Ok, so I never got my order for my kids! It was $30!!!!!!!! I called door dash they said they would refund the money to taco bell and taco bell would refund the money to me when I call them. Well, I called taco bell and the manager laughed and was SO rude! Told me that door dash lied. I don’t give a crap! because I spend A LOT of money at this place! My money should be refunded, but I get it.

I got a spicy potato soft shell taco with my order and after taking a bite into it after taking a closer look ALL the potatoes it it were black and almost gooey in texture. Extremely awful and unacceptable as a business to let there customers consume something like that. An ABSOLUTE waste of money and will most definitely will not be returning. There are definitely some people that I can’t wait to send this video to.

Came at about 1:30 after placing my order on the app and the food was ready and hot in less than 5 minutes! Chalupa was soft and not stale like most locations. Staff was nice

Had a terrible experience at this Taco Bell! A lady that works there was rude to my husband wouldn’t let him get a word out at the intercom when we pulled to the from she was still rude and one thing turned to another she ended up throwing sauce packets threw the window at my husband it was an awful experience and I will never go back there! Every time we went there they would always get our order wrong anyways

The one in White Hall, AR almost always has some kind if issue all the time. Last night it was they were only taking orders that were 5 items or less(1 meal was considered 5 items), they don’t have anything fried, they are out of chicken & cheese, their system is down but as soon as we go directly across the street to the gas station we seen multiple people, multiple times at the window getting food, etc…

I have no problem with kiosks, but when you have an issue that only a person can solve it becomes a problem. They didn’t get the order right, didn’t give drink cups, didn’t supply requested sauces, can’t get a printed receipt. Hard to get someone’s attention to help when there is an issue. I honestly felt like i was the homeless guy on the corner asking for change that they didn’t want to make eye contact with.
You can have kiosks. They’re fine. But You cannot replace customer service with a machine and this place has zero customer service.
