I should have written this review immediately because for the life of me, I can not remember the names of the two employee names. Overall, we had an excellent experience. The lobby was pristine, and with our order being as challenging as it was with 10 people, the team at Searcy Taco Bell nailed it with organization and freshness. We came in right before close, and they could have turned us away; However, they let us dine in with our children, and I just wanted to leave this here to show how thankful we were. 5 Stars.

We ordered online, it was a large order. We ordered 2 of the Meal for 2 as well as a couple of other items on the side. Some things were ordered with no tomatoes due to medical reasons, other items were ordered with extra red sauce. Everything was thrown into a bag (not boxes like normally) and nothing was marked to know what had tomatoes and what didn’t, what had the extra sauce. Called the store asked to speak to the manager, told him the problem and told him how eating tomatoes could put me in the hospital and how nothing was marked for us to know what was what. He offered the money back and when I told him that isn’t the point that their are people that could end up in the hospital and nothing was marked for anyone to know. He hung up! For a manager he is not professional at all! We won’t be back there again and I will be contacting the head office on Monday. Very unprofessional and rude for a manager!

Pulled up at 9:15 a.m. on 6/18/23 (father’s day) and attempted to walk in and the door was locked. Looking at the sign that showed operating hours beginning at 9:00, I decided to call to confirm if dining in was available. Whomever answered the phone was probably the most unprofessional and impolite employee they could have had pick up. When asked -politley- if dining in was available, I was provided a loud “at 9:00!” I responded with “Oh, ok. I was just wondering because it’s 9:15 and the doors are locked.” The employee then stated abruptly “So? Why? You here?”

The food tasted OK. My wife and I made an online order just to get an online exclusive. This was already a pain. They then forgot my nacho cheese on the gordita crunch and put beans on my wife’s burrito when she didn’t want beans. I personally will not be returning to any Taco Bell because of this and a previous experience at another local Taco Bell. The Cinnabon delights were awesome and might return for that only.

This Taco Bell in Searcy is always a great place to eat, they have very friendly employees. I would choose to eat inside rather than go through the drive-thru if your person who likes Taco Bell sauce, if you go through the drive-thru they tend to put only 2 sauce packets in your bag. If you eat inside you can grab as many as you need.
