Food was Taco Bell. Highlight on service is also the low for atmosphere. All human interaction has been replaced with kiosks and there is no other visible menu. When I asked if we could order at the counter, the random employee said “sure, I can help you” (highlight, friendly and def not in her job description because of what came next), she came around the counter to the kiosks and started punching our order in there while we tried to read what was available. One fountain drink machine, very limited seating (with oddly huge single person restrooms). It was generally clean. This is the 2nd Taco Bell we’ve been to that was like this and I can only assume it’s their new business model. “Replace cashiers with kiosks, remove seating so no one stays inside and push the mass produced food out quickly”. I guess I’m out of fashion in their model, and will not be going to Taco Bell anymore.

⭐ 1-Star Review – Taco Bell on McCain Blvd ⭐
I went through the drive-thru and asked about my mobile order, and they told me they didn’t have it. I had to pull over and check my app just to make sure I ordered from the right location — and I did. So I went inside, and my order was sitting there the whole time. The employee just looked at it and said, “Oh, is this it?”
It’s ridiculous that they don’t even know what orders are theirs, especially when people are paying ahead of time and trusting the store to get it right. This Taco Bell should be ashamed of how unorganized they are. Definitely needs improvement.

I went through the McCain Little Rock Taco Bell drive thru at 3:30 am today (Sunday). All of the lights were on. They are supposed to be open till 4 am. The lady at the drive thru told me they were closed. She did not give me a reason or apologize. Very disappointed and don’t recommend.

My order got messed up, so I went back around and the girl Asia was so rude she told me sense they are backed up I have to come in for them to fix my order even though it was there mistake. Shay the manager was very helpful though and fixed the problem

Trash service. I ordered on the kiosk in hopes they wouldn’t mess the order up, but they did. Then I ask them to remake it, except this time, they didn’t even complete the burrito! Just had rice, beans, and dam tortilla chips when it was suppose to have gauc and tomatoes in the burrito. Simple fiesta veggie burrito! DO BETTER!!

It sucks that you pay for a 9 dollar meal and only get 2 pieces of meat in each cheesy chalupa, and they just throw your nachos in the bottom of the bag. I will not recommend coming to this Taco Bell because it’s a disappointment
