I’ve had several bad experiences at this location due to unprofessional staff, lazy attitudes, and overall poor training. Tonight, after the winter storm over the weekend, our cars were completely stuck, so we couldn’t drive anywhere for groceries or food. I called Taco Bell to see if they were open, and they said yes.
My fiancé and I then walked 15 minutes through the snow to get there. When we arrived, the dining room was closed, so we went to the drive-through window. We were told we couldn’t place an order because we didn’t have a car. This was during a major snowstorm, with about 10 inches of snow on the ground, barely any traffic, and no line at all.
The employees said their “boss” wouldn’t allow them to serve us without a car, which makes no sense given the circumstances. After turning us away, they simply went back to sitting down and using their phones. Extremely disappointing experience.

We’re stuck in a hotel because of the snow and the hotel has zero food (most things in the vending were expired lmao) and literally taco bell came through and gave us exactly what we wanted! The absolute best, so thankful they were able to be open and be ready.

I decided to pick up some Taco Bell after not having it for probably over 5 years, and now my husband and I both are fighting SEVERE food poisoning. I cannot even hold water down. Fever, chills, nausea, severe stomach pain, vomiting. Definitely not worth the mediocre food we had. Will NEVER eat Taco Bell again.

I ordered a cheesy Gordita crunch with a Doritos shell, I got a sad excuse for a Gordita crunch, with (randomly) no lettuce, hardly any spicy sauce, and a regular shell. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me with this location, but the first time I’m finally taking the time to leave a review because I’m over it. (I added mild sauce).

Did 2 seperate orders and it took over 30 minutes. They almost forgot my order until I said something. Ordered the Mexican pizza and was given just meat on it. They smashed it in the box and when I got home the entire thing was leaking in the bag.

We went there today and the restaurant was dirty! Floors, tables, bathrooms, trash cans overflowing, sticky stuff all over the floor, just everything. We ordered our food and I had to clean a table and chairs for us to sit down to eat. When we got our food it was cold and not right. However the attitudes of the workers and the way they were hollering and cussing each other made it very uncomfortable to approach them about this. There was only one employee in uniform! The young lady in uniform just kept shaking her head at her coworkers.. I heard more racial slurs directed at customers ordering and at other workers than I have ever heard in a restaurant before. That is saying a lot cause I was in the food industry for over 20 years. The only thing correct on our order was our drinks!! We will not be back at this restaurant!

Before I hardly had issues with Taco Bell, but haven’t been there in awhile. Tonight I got Taco Bell after a hard day at work and it was horrible. We got 3 of the 3 count taco meals with 3 nachos. I really wanted the nacho box but was told they didn’t have it anymore even though its on the online menu. The taco shells were stale with a soggy bottom. The chicken tacos only had 5 pieces of meat. There was only 5 to 6 chips broken up in each nacho bag. The price was 31.29. I could had went to a mexican resteraunts for cheaper than that and at least got as many chips I wanted. I tried to call and bring up these issues but they refuse to answer the phone.

They were out of a few things, but I understood there was nothing they could do about their food truck delivering at a delayed time. I was able to find something else to replace what I was going to order thanks to the friendly lady at the speaker/window. The chicken quesadillas with hot sauce were delicious, and they offered me a free drink for the inconvenience.
