Food is usually cold. I rarely ever go there and not get pulled around for them to bring food out instead of receiving through window, even when ordering online. The food is just thrown together. The drive-through staff is rarely friendly, and I have been several times where the food tasted off like it was out of date. My bag is often missing items that I ordered and paid for, not realizing it was missing until I get home, 15 minutes from the store.

The only reason they received a 1 is because I couldn’t give them less. The night shift at Taco Bell in Newport is atrocious. They got my order wrong and when I tried to tell them at the window, the girl took my receipt and not only kept it, but still got my order wrong. The lobby is locked, so I had to go back through the drive thru. She asked for my receipt and then got an attitude when I told her that she never gave it back to me. She finally got a manager to come to the window and help me. The manager had a great attitude and was great about correcting the order. Then the incompetent girl brought my food back to the window and was rude yet again. I tried to give her the first order back and she refused to take it, so I left it outside of the window for her. Not only was she incompetent, she was disrespectful. She called me curse words more than once. I guess her parents didn’t teach her manners or to respect her elders. I go to Taco Bell late at night multiple times a week and have NEVER been treated this way.

When we came up we saw 2 workers taking food out to cars. But what we didn’t know about the orders was they were missed up orders. One of our order said no sour cream like 4x but they still put it on. Lack of training and one person said they had been up all night LoL

I just went to taco bell. I haven’t been in a long time. I ordered the spicy grill burrito. It was cold and tasted awful. Like the meat had been setting for a while. Newport’s taco bell always taste like s and always looks like its prepared by mental patients. I’ve tried taco bells in Jonesboro and Searcy and they are always excellent. Its not a rare occurrence. Taco Bell corporate needs to come down and clean house. It wont let you give them no stars.
