I know it’s fast food. And taco bell at that, so you get what you ask for. But this place is so bad the whole staff to include all levels of management should quit and reconsider whether or not they should continue to breathe. How many ways can you literally screw up a fast food order? I think they hold the record.

I had asked for 3 tacos in my order. I received 3 crunch wraps instead. I took the order inside and overheard the mgr tell another associate that she had to “deal” with me. She refunded the wraps, but she then gave me the crunch wraps, too, rather than throwing them away. No jarm done. Just an inconvenience when people don’t listen.

Probably the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. Walking in you have zero service. No “I’ll be with you in one second!” Or even a welcoming. I was ignored until several minutes later. The wait was unexpectedly long as well. Prioritizing their drive thru customers and putting their in store customers on hold. They messed up several customer’s orders including ours. When notifying them of a missing item they ended up giving it to the guy in front of me who was waiting for items they had messed up as well. Luckily he knew the item was mine and took it out of his bag and gave it to me. Their quality of food and how it was made was the worst I’ve experienced. The Mexican pizza was beat up and the beans looked dry. The cleanliness wasn’t the best. The men’s restroom is horrible. The urinal has absolutely no privacy. Luckily I don’t live around here.

I have had nothing but bad experiences with this taco bell. I recieved cold food that had unmelted cheese. The service was slow. The employees are usually very rude. But this one takes the cake. I ordered four chicken chipotle melts with light chipotle sauce. No sauce was put on them. I had to microwave three of them to melt the cheese after eating the first one. Then the second one I bit into was only tortilla. I open it up and it has a single piece of chicken on it. ONE SINGLE PIECE. The morning shift is the only one with decent staff.
I’m adding additional comments since months have passed and I had hoped they would have redeemed themselves. Unfortunately that is not the case. My wife was missing a chalupa supreme from her meal and I asked for LIGHT chipotle sauce. Below are the pictures… there was so much chipotle it was leaked out all in the wrapper. This place is just irredeemable.

First time trying Taco Bell in CONWAY.
I’ve had Taco Bell in so many different places and usually order the things in familiar with.
Grilled cheese chicken burrito,
3 cheese flatbread melt,
And the discontinued chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito.
What I ordered was the 3 cheese flatbread melt.
At every other Taco Bell, I’ve never encountered this problem:
There is no chicken, the cheese hardly melted, and the flatbread melted all over the wrapper.
Now I don’t know why it melts to the wrapper, but this has NEVER happened to me before, EVER.
I couldn’t “try” to eat the melt until I got to my destination to peel the flatbread off the wrapper.
One last note:
I don’t who is telling you guys to wrap the flatbread like it’s a burrito, but every other Taco Bell has never done this.

Drive thru person was great. However the food subpar. I ordered paid and pulled up to the last window and my food was already hanging out the window. It.was barely warm. And hardly anything inside the shell. I also ordered supreme tacos and got the regular. All the other tacos looked like this. It was sad and definitely not worth the trip.

It took about 15 mins to get my food, and I was the only one in drive thru. My chicken chalupa was hard/old. My cheese dip sauce was only filled about 40% up. My 5 layer burrito had 0 sourcream! My soft taco was sad.

And I’m informed I have no beef for any of my items…. I asked them what can I replace it with something they said they can’t make any changes on the order… She said well we don’t have any for 5 minutes. Very unprofessional staff, what is management doing, like there was nobody here when I showed up. Like seriously how do you run out of beef. And then expect to not fulfill a 25.00 order that was already made and paid for so I’m not understanding like you’ve got one job to make the food and make sure that the food is prepped
