How dare y’all’s food not make me blow up my toilet after eating y’all’s food? I want the FULL Taco Bell experience. It’s just so unfair honestly and it seems like a scam to me. I’ll keep eating the food and see if I do eventually get that experience, but for now, I am disappointed.

This is the best Taco Bell. Food was hot. It came out quick. Employees were polite. Especially when an elderly lady didn’t know how to use the kiosk and almost threw a fit. They handled her amazingly.10/10.

I gave 4 stars overall for the simple fact that there was limited places to sit for our group size. “Unable to get up on stools” Tables were full from other customers and 3 tables were taken by 3 staff members all sitting at their own table, “ only one had food” which were all tables that hold up to 4 people.
Cinnamon twist were stale which they corrected with no issue. They were extremely friendly.

I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews. The people who work here have always been SO kind and friendly and my order is always correct. It tastes like the taco bell you get everywhere. You keep rocking it, Cheyenne.

At about 6:15 today, we went through the drive through with a mobile order that was confirmed at the speaker. When we pulled up to the window, we had to sit for a minute because apparently the order hadn’t reached the monitors inside. The man working kindly asked why we were there. Then, around the corner inside we hear someone yelling really rudely, “Why are they at the window when there’s no order on the screen?!” We thought she was yelling at the man and the girl at the window (which was so rude), but then she turns the corner asking me and my husband, “Why are y’all at the window? You can’t just drive straight to the window without putting your order in.” I told her we did and she said, with all the attitude in the world, “Y’all are gonna have to pull around.” To which I replied, “Absolutely not.” There was nobody in line behind us anyway. The sweet man said he was the one that took our order, but he didn’t know why it wasn’t on the screen while she continued to be rude in the background. I told him it wasn’t him, and that she needs to speak kinder to her coworkers. I don’t care what kind of day you’re having, but you don’t speak to people who’re doing their best that way, and you especially don’t speak to customers who did everything right with that tone. Anyway, her name is Cheyenne, though I don’t know how she spells it. So if you know her and she works at this location, tell her she needs an attitude adjustment and quickly because nobody that is doing what they’re supposed to should be spoken to like that.

Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to! Literally telling them my food was cold and I wanted them to remake it. All of sudden, their fryer stopped working. Waitress wanted to argue and go back and forth with me about some cold food!!?! She wouldn’t give her name. I will be calling corporate.

this is the amount of sauce they found appropriate. This was not worth it. first they didn’t have what I initially ordered. then I went BACK around and they STILL didn’t have something I wanted. and then they gave me the SMALLEST barest amount of sauce that I paid money for. i will NEVER come back this taco bell even if I was DYING in the streets.

They were extremely rude when I asked for a number 10 no sour cream and the taco on the side, soft no lettuce. They said I was being difficult. I tried repeating my order then someone else took over and said I dont care what you said, so I just left. Went to the bryant location said same thing and they gave me no issue. Will never go to that store agian
