The person that took my order with lip print tattoo the left side of her neck was very rude on the speaker. Did not give me my sauce. Do not give me napkins or utensils. We had to go back around and wait in the drive through line cause the lobby was locked at eight p.m. and she stated she was the General Manager and I’m not going to scam her. I don’t get hell. How is This is scamming her, but she needs to be fired. This is not the first time she has messed up on my order.

Stopped in for a bite with my best friend and went though the drive through.
The Customer service was 5⭐️ The lady was so kind to us and gave us our things in a timely manner.
We parked in the parking lot to eat and realized they forgot our cinnabons. We decided after we finish our food we will run through the drive through when we are heading home but the worker came out to deliver it to us without us asking!! They not only gave us our cinnabons but gave us two extra so we both have two. 10/10 service. This location is by my home so i will be coming back. Thank you!!

Stopped in tonight for a quick bite to eat on the way home. The dining room was immaculate as were both restrooms. My Mexican pizza was done promptly and with generous amounts of all ingredients. My friend’s order was also correct and well made. The staff was efficient and very polite. I was a little concerned about stopping here given the previous reviews, but the Sunday night crew was top notch. I only regret not getting a printed receipt so I could let corporate know. I’ll won’t hesitate to stop here again.

How does a brand new Taco Bell end up this bad? I ordered twice via Uber eats and both times they missed items. But today I was riding with someone who went through the drive-thru, they left most of their order out. It’s ridiculous, no excuse for this.

Wow…. Total disappointment. If you dine in, you have to order through their kiosk. (Sad)
Our food was brought to us on a bag. (We chose the dine in option). Drink prices are ridiculous. $2.79 for a small drink. $2.89 for a medium, and $2.99 for a large, and had to ask for our drinks because they forgot them. On the plus side, the chicken nuggets were great!

I bought a super expensive “cantina” burrito and it was super tiny like a little baby value menu item. Do not recommend!! Plus it was room temperature. Waste of money for stomach, taste buds and wallet. I’m still so hungry I have to plan to cook something now.

Welp… 30 minutes to wait for a meal is ridiculous. Especially because it was a Mobile order… “ Please pull up to our double doors, we’ll bring it right out!” 3000000000000000000000000000000099@@@@02@&4$4$,8;8:@ million minutes later… not hungry anymore… filled up on my spit and frustration!
