Don’t eat here unless you REALLY can’t make it to Hope, AR. The menu prices are completely different and a ripoff. I ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito and it’s normally $1-$1.19, but it was $4.19 here. ABSURD!
The people were not friendly and they charged me $1.49 to sub rice for meat on something else. Remove meat, replace with rice and that cost ME money? Nope!

This location is located in a gas station. I witness the cashier being extremely rude. No respect to the customer because of a language barrier. Kept getting angry because he didn’t understand him and kept saying, you’re holding up the line.

They forgot my chips and cheese, and when I went back to get them, the staff seemed mad. When I got back to my truck, I found all my cheese in the bottom of the bag. The lid was off, and it looked like they just threw it in there. I’m never eating here again.

This place has a young black lady running the cashier when I ordered my food not even a thank you just a completely angry attitude like she completely hates her job.. get rid of this kind of service also why would u pack my hard Shell tacos in the bottom of the bag and smash everything.. waisted 30 bucks never coming back here again.. a thank you goes along way to customer’s. What a bad way to serve your customers..

Service: I didn’t go in but my dad & brother did. They told me it was the nastiest service ever (in subway next door), but the guy working at Taco Bell was OK, not rude.
Atmosphere: It looked rundown and dangerous. In the middle of nowhere and the lights on the buildings looked dark and so did the windows. We didn’t even know if it was open or not (it was, but that is how dark it looked).
