The food at the Nashville Arkansas Taco Bell is okay as long as you aren’t scared someone spit in it because the service is so pathetic. Last night I went through Taco Bell at the 12:00 mind you they didn’t close for another TWO HOURS. Now I’ve been in food service so I know how it is to have people roll in last minute butt.. two hours? You’re out of drinks two hours before you close? When we pulled in nobody was there and the lady was just sitting on her phone and got mad she had to do her job and treated us horribly. I’ve never felt so unwelcome so often at a place. They need to get rid of their lazy employees. Period. I’m fixing to start driving further to a different Taco Bell just so I don’t feel bad for being hungry. Do not recommend.

This place is really good, has a good wide variety of options. American burritos, tacos, soft and crunchy, just dont use there app if your in nashville ar, tried using it twice, it doesnt work. We ended up going through the drive thru using the order we tried to place over 50 times. I still have yet to place an order on the app slowly. Other then that friendly service, patient service. Good food

They brought back the nacho fries!! The sad part is (just like the birthday cake churros) they had no cheese on them!! Exactly like the Churros!! They had no pink on them or sprinkles!! Every time I go to Hot Springs Taco Bell, they are always on point!! No burnt grease, no soggy cheese-less fries, so many pink sprinkles they would turn my fingers pink!! This Taco Bell is getting better, but they need to up their fast food game a lot!! I do love the people who work there, and it is close by.. so I hope they fix the problems because I would probably go every day!! I love Taco Bell!! Please bring back the taco salads!! I loved them so very much. They also got my order wrong, and I got chips instead of the cinnamon twists.

absolutely a disgrace, the workers were horribly rude, got our order wrong, and then were rude about it and very angrily told us to give them our food so they can make it right, which if you make a mistake you are not allowed to take anything back through the window… FDA regulation. you guys are HORRIBLE please close this store.

SERVICE IS TRASH, FOOD IS TRASH, ATTITUDES ARE ABSOLUTELY TRASH! I am allergic to certain things and they always put it on my food when I specifically ask for it to not be on my food. They have horrible attitudes. They treat you like they do not care about you don’t go here.

Service was extremely slow. I stood at the front waiting to order for over 20 minutes waiting for someone to greet me and take my order. Than when my order was taken they acted like it was a bother for them to do the job they are paid for.

We were in drive thru the lady taking the order said it will be a 20 minute wait on beef but could make anything chicken, when we asked for a nacho bell grande combo and tacos she was mumbling under her breath because she didn’t want to make it and was also telling the other cook to slap it on there not too spread it through the intercom at the drive thru. The food total was 49.00 and somehow can’t explain why it’s 9.00 more than what it should be. Food was horrible. The quesidilla didn’t even have the sauce in it or chicken and we were missing a burrito and taco. We haven’t ate this place in years but our mistake to try again. Will not miss it or be back. Needs a good manager as well as respectful employees.
