The last time we ordered from the Magnolia, AR Taco Bell, the Mexican Pizza was burned & tasted awful, the time before my husband went through the drive-thru & was told he couldn’t order because they were only taking orders from the app. This time they did take our order at the drive thru, but they did tell us they were out of Mild Sauce. The food was good this time.

That’s where the good ends. Decided to give this location a 2nd chance.(My mistake ) Ordered the XXL Nachos with shredded chicken, no guacamole and no sour cream. Got a giant box full of chips, about a tablespoon of dried out beans that looked scraped off the sides of the hot pan, some shredded cheese and about a tablespoon of nacho cheese…NO MEAT at all. Not even the wrong meat. Just none at all.

Every time I come here there’s a 30 minute wait on everything
Edit: this is 2 months later. Still have to go around the whole restaurant twice if you have more than one order.

Worst service. Waited inside for 10 minutes and no one even talk to me. If you have two mobile orders they make you drive around the restaurant twice even though both orders are ready.

Ordered doordash delivery from taco bell app. Manager told doordash delivery driver they were out of nacho chips and could not substitute order. Driver called me and the manager was very nasty and was like we cant refund your money or substitute your combo meal even though it’s the same price and hung up the phone. Very unprofessional. Thus is the 4th time at the magnolia arkansas location the stuff is either in the parking lot smoking with the lights out during opening hours, no meat is ready and takes 30 minutes to an hour before we can order, or overcooked old food. Thus is really bad

This is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Service is always horrible, they are always out of something. I’m not sure how they are still in business.
