You know what, sometimes you just have a day and need a little pick me up. This place is extraordinary. The staff was really friendly and the surface area were really clean. Most importantly the order I placed was excellent and prepared super fast. 10/10 recommend

Took 30 minutes to get food. Order was completely wrong. Tried to argue with me about what I ordered and tell me I ordered a Caliente bowl…..it’s a regular chicken cantina bowl and i had just asked for no pico. If i had seen any type of spicy sauce i wouldve asked not to have it and known it was wrong. I order the same thing every time i go! Then husband’s burrito was made wrong and they laughed at him and was hollering in the back “He lieing”. Also all of the drinks were out except for like 2 of them. This store didn’t used to be like this. It used to be great. Idk what happened.

This place has went downhill tremendously. Ordered on the app, once arrived to pick up food they were out. Asked for a refund & said they couldn’t refund the $10 I spend on fries. Staff was VERY rude & not helpful. Once we got our order it was WRONG.

Update: 6/2/24-pulled up for breakfast and both employees were outside smoking. Couldn’t even bother being in the building?!?!
HA! The service was SO BAD! We had a mobile order and we were told that they couldn’t serve us through the drive thru!! Seriously?! I had a mobile order pick up! Then they forgot to give us half of our order so we had to go inside again. I will stick with McDonalds, Sonic, or Subway! The only other fast food options in town and their service is beyond superior to this.

I ordered and never received my food. I was there 30 min after I ordered. The man making the food was was rude. When I asked where my order was no one could tell me finally a lady found it. And said O here it is let us make it. I said no thanks and went to walk out and the man yelled whatever. They also need to spent more time off of there cell phones maybe they could get the orders right. I was not the only one that was there a long time for my food.

Small interactions with the 2 workers there were simple and sufficient.
Food was good and customized via the app.
Summary: good fast food with lots of vegan options that seemed fairly healthy.
Glad they’re there but app experiences don’t compare with good decent human beings. Oh, their restrooms were clean.

I would rather go to the drive thru and order so a trained employee can enter it the way I want it instead of using that ridiculous kiosk inside. You lose a lot of customer interaction with this setup and when you are paying with cash you stand there forever waiting for someone to notice that you’re there. It’s a pain in the butt. However, the employees here are quicker than most and I appreciate them very much.
