Ordered a Lux box shortly after opening for lunch. How and why was the food cold. Chalupa was hard like a cracker. The new burrito was filled with only rice and the flaming chips. Guess I have to start going inside to watch my order be made. I was the only one in drive thru. Food should of been fresh.

Hard tortillas, the chicken quesidilla barely had any chicken pieces. The nacho fries were cold. The fountain drinks are not mixed right, way too much syrup. And after being asked what I want to order he would have me say it then told me 3 different times he didn’t get it and had to start over. Just plain sorry food and waste of money.

This location is on point every single time. They don’t skimp on the meat, potatoes or toppings. its good every time and if something is wrong they are quick to fix it. I will go out of my way to go to this location in town.

Let me start by saying I have never been provoked enough to write a review like this… ever, but I would advise against this Taco Bell. My order is messed up every single time I go here, and yes, I mean EVERY SINGLE TIME. Today I got a grilled cheese burrito. It was not only made incorrectly, but it was also soggy and falling apart. Aside from the quality of the food, the employees are often rude. Taco bell is not cheap these days, and if I am paying to add or change things I expect those changes to be made. Stick to the Taco Bell on North West Ave. they actually make sure meals are made to order in a friendly and timely manner. Won’t be back to this location.
