Oh, so much better now! We went in a few months ago, after a winning ball game, and got to hear Right Wing Propaganda WIDE OPEN on the television. Complained vigorously. We heard there were some changes made, and Thank All That is Good that this time we found pleasant Pop Music. Taco Bell Food is supposed to be at least somewhat fun, and the most recent time, it was more in line. Leave the politics out of my dining experience, PLEASE.

I ordered a grande nacho box with chicken and the still gave me ground beef. I even asked them twice to make sure it had chicken and a manager was by drive thru and she reassured me chicken. So ppl check ur food before u leave their drive thru

It’s more important to get orders right than being fast. Used the mobile app to order, pulled out of the drive thru and discovered that they didn’t give us any sauce or napkins. Line was long, went in, got what we needed, left again. Three stoplights and a mile away, long story short, check your order before leaving the window.

Our group was on our way home from a football game after it had gotten cancelled and we called before hand if it was ok if we came in and they said yes, but when we actually got there they wouldnt let us order, everywhere else was closed and we lived hours away so we were pretty hungry

Went through the drive through. Not offered my receipt and assumed it was in the bag. It wasn’t. Steak bowl was pretty good but the girl at the window was not service oriented and not helpful when I went back in to get my receipt for work. Another lady came in who also went through the drive through and got home with the wrong food.

This location in Crossett, AR is absolute trash! Every single time we order from here they mess the whole order up. It never fails. And contacting management is a waste of time. We will not be wasting money there ever again and will advise others not to as well. This location should be shut down. If we could rate this location a zero..we would.

If I could put a 0 I would… And I hardly ever leave a bad review.. this place is going to charge me for a drink and wen I go to get sead drink they don’t even sell it.. how are you going to charge me for a drink you don’t even sell… On top of that didn’t even offer to fix or refund me so I left the cup on counter with ice. Made my order wrong. On top of that guy in front of me complaining about his order being wrong too you have a job to do you get paid to do a job do your job
