While the food is just okay (it’s fast food, after all), I have been surprised recently by the courtesy of the staff. This particular location used to be horrible and I dreaded when my husband wanted Taco Bell for supper. I think they may have a new manager or something, though, because the service is outstanding, now! The staff goes above and beyond, even helping me carry my drinks to the car! This Taco Bell has earned my trust again, and I couldn’t be happier.

Very Friendly. Alot of teamwork going while we were there due to being so busy. All staff were amazing and even checked on us to make sure we didn’t need anything while finishing our food . Very impressed since it has been 8 years since I have eaten at a Taco Bell. Thank you to the staff for making a very positive impact. You all are amazing!!!

Don’t go here . . . At least around midnight. I pulled up to this Taco Bell. The place was completely vacant other than the employee working there who immediately informed me that he was short handed and only taking three items per order.
I was the only customer. No one was there before me.
I thought his manager should know. In fact, he told me that he was the manager.
Anyways, I didn’t even want to get any food here after he told me that.
I don’t want someone making my three items whenever no one else is in line before or behind me. This person obviously doesn’t want to take the five minutes to make my three items.
This is the craziest food experience I have ever had possibly.

Lakesha was very nice and super-helpful as my husband & I tried to figure out how to work the kiosk. She helped us order from it. She had a happy attitude the whole time. The food was delicious! Tasted very fresh. The atmosphere was pleasant too. We will be back here anytime we arre in the area. We live in the southern part of the state & had come to the area for a family member’s dr. Visit.

First, no one answered drive thru. Truck in front of me pulled off as well because of no response. I parked, went inside to order 3 crunchy tacos with extra cheese. I opened the tacos as I always do since I pay 80 cents PER TACO. It was hardly a regular serving of cheese on any taco I’ve ever purchased anywhere. I asked them to please add the extra cheese and I had 5 kitchen employees hovered around the counter inspecting the tacos (remember no one was manning the drive thru speaker, now I see why) No one stepped up as management yet I got some teenager that told me I’m only allowed a “pinch” of cheese per taco with attitude. I said I understand but for 80 cents there should be multiple “pinches” from I would think an adult size hand. I was given more attitude and finally a small cup of cheese for all 3 tacos. Not the way I react to an unhappy customer and I have been in retail management for over 30 years. Will not go back.

This location has improved significantly. The new manager is the best thing that’s happened to the place. (I wish I knew her name) There’s also a younger guy that works there that’s super nice and actually came to our table to make sure we were happy with everything and the food was so much better than when we’d eaten there before as well as any other location in our area. We dont get this kind of treatment in too many places around here and I really appreciated the service we received.
