I’ve waited 30 minutes for my food no exaggeration. The guy on front counter was just standing there looking stupid. He didn’t even want to take my order, immediately told me to use the kiosk, and didn’t fix the lemonade after I asked for it to be changed. They only was giving out drive-through orders while me and my classmates in dine in kept waiting and waiting . Had an attitude because I asked how much longer on my food. Worse experience ever. Worst part about it is we all had simple orders. On top of that my food wasn’t even hot!

Ordered from this exact store on door dash and they put beans on my burrito when it was no beans and also didn’t received my drink , I called they told it’s nothing they can do I’ll have to take it up with Doordash , when they made the order wrong not Doordash .

We waited 30 minutes for a few tacos while the workers stood around and only took drive thru orders. The lightskin guy at the register was looking around lost and said he couldn’t check us out. Stupid as hell!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I’m not even the type to write reviews but this Taco Bell truly did it for me. I went after work and they had AI taking orders and it kept getting our order wrong which was red flag number 1 but that’s not even the worst part .. I didn’t care about the unfriendly employee or any thing but when I got home and opened my food both of my chalupas were stale. Literally felt like plastic trying to eat it the nacho cheese was disgusting. If I could get a restraining order on a restaurant this Taco Bell would be #1 on my list. If you truly want good food and want to enjoy the rest of your day redirect your self the other way and go to Buffalo Wild Wings.

I visited this Taco Bell at 2am on my way home from work. Luckily they were open. I placed my order and proceeded to the drive thru. The lady working the window appeared to be upset. She took my card and closed the window. While I was waiting for my card and food I heard yelling. I looked up and the lady was screaming at whoever she was on the phone with. Not professional but hey maybe it was so serious that she needed to handle that in front of customers, who knows. The food was ok. Taco Bells meat has a strange taste to me as of lately. All of my crunchy taco shells were broken in half when I received them. Over all i guess if I was coming home at 2am again I’d stop again only due to a lack of options at that time.

I had great customer service, and there is ample parking, including handicap spaces. The Taco Bell also has plenty of seating inside.

Order was almost completely wrong, I hope it was mostly due to being out of ingredients as nearly half of the ingredients were missing, order pico de gallo received non, some how the beans on the Cheesy BEAN and rice burrito became just Rice and both the nacho cheese and creamy jalepeno sauces were removed as well. Unfortunate as a dont normally have issues with my orders here

I swear this Taco Bell is ALWAYS out of something…last week it was chicken this week it’s MTN. Dew and all of their freeze flavors. I couldn’t even buy a drink. They fixed my chicken chalupa with HARDLY ANY chicken ALMOST NO CHEESE and put TONS of LETTUCE…Y’all getting worse than the one on the North side. They are actually stepping heir game up while y’all are slacking..pitiful
