Id give this place 0 stars if I could! We came here tonight ordered 12 soft tacos, they gave us 12 crunchy taco we went inside and told them and they all got attitudes saying we ordered the crunchy! The disrespect that comes from this place is ridiculous the customers are the reasons they even make a pay check and this is how yall aloud your employees to treat people they literally threw them in the bag such a mess this is my kids food!!! We will not be back at this place and I dont recommend anyone wasting there time or money here! Have a blessed day and stay prayed up!

I’m gonna make this clear as I can. I went to Taco Bell today to try the new item on the menu and my first trip there today was awful I feel that the morning shift doesn’t care. I went there before 5 pm and I tell you my food looked like it was rushed and half way done, when I say half done I mean I had no chicken but the five i can count and the chips tasted old. But I went back and the afternoon shift took great care of me and redid my whole order and it was delicious. In the photos you’ll see the first order and then you’ll see the redone one.

I made a mobile order for the luxe box and franks red hot spicy chicken burrito when I get there to relieve my order the young lady said they were out of items to make the burrito I asked them could they replace with an item of equal value what do they do give me a nacho beef burrito values at 2.89 when the pranks red hot was 5.89. And my order was cold the tortilla was stiff and the tacos were cold and soggy like they packaged a previous order and passed it.off to.me I threw it in the garbage and went and got canes at least I know there food is hot and the manager just stood around drinking a soda like I dont care what you guys are doing i am done this is the second time Taco Bell has gyped me cypress st one took my .only and never refunded me for an order I never got lazy manager there too

Driving by Louisiana got a little hungry so we decided to stop at this Taco Bell, parking lot a little scary, no drive through lines but even when what I ordered the only way to eat it is with a fork no fork or napkins found in my bag. They are generous with their salsas.

Food is good, and it is great to add your own items. But got chicken instead of steak and no double sour cream. Messed up order discovered when got home. The receipt showed the correct items, so someone else got our food.

this place is just terrible all around. Went at 3:30 in the afternoon & no one in drive thru.
i ordered a steak quesadilla with the sauce on the side then went onto order a luxe box. We had to repeat the order 3 times. then a lady chimed in RUDELY over the speaker saying “you want the sauce on the quesadilla or just on the side” Once again, it was said extremely rudely. got to the window and got no greeting. Need nicer workers & apparently smarter workers because having to repeat a simple order 3 times is ridiculous.
on top of that we had an item missing.

The app has been a little buggy since they changed it had it crash on me a couple of times but everything else was as seen very good but their IT department needs to get better maybe study those coding books a little bit or if it’s an AI we are all doomed And since when did they sell shawarma at Taco Bell???

Workers in the kitchen were throwing ingredients angrily on food, ordered to dine in and every table was visibly dirty had to wipe it off with my sleeve. Wanted to pay with cash and had to sit for a good 5-10 minutes to pay because the workers wouldn’t get off of their phones long enough to look at the counter.

We came home for a family reunion and the enemy, as he does used this establishment to try to break our joy. My son wanted Taco Bell, after we left our family event. I took him, here and we went through the drive through. We ordered his food and I paid with my CC and was told to drive up in the line and wait. We did this and two sets of young men from another culture, tried to intimidated us. One by pulling his truck almost into us and another by forcibly trying to make us move from where we were waiting only to drive back into the drive through line. I moved to the front of the building at this point, because my son and I were in fear of these men’s behaviors. He went to the door to retrieve his food and was told the store was closed and I got out to explain he needed his food, because we were told to pull up. When the food was retrieved the two Caucasian women (same culture as the men) in the drive through told the sweet lady(African American) retrieving his food they did not tell us to pull up-they blatantly lied and upset me and she told me to remain calm . I went back around and explained what occurred to the respectable gentleman who was called to the window, because one of the women who treated us ill and accosted us refused–to speak with me. He(African-American) listened to all my comments and questions patiently and told me their GM would be on site tomorrow, because I told him I needed a manager and their camera verification and also I would be making a police report–because my son and I were put in harms way, because of their staff’s request to move our vehicle into a dangerous location and they blatantly lied about it. Being a woman of my word–I called West Monroe Police Department and reported everything for verification and documentation of my fear from what occurred, I sought how to contact their corporate office, and I called the store to see if a Manager was available (because I had already been lied on and to) and tomorrow I will be there to speak with their GM and provide proof of my intentions to seek a legally binding resolve to what took place at this establishment, for what my son and I endured.
*Update: Once I got home from this trip and considered everything that occurred and talked with my husband and son, again AND remembered who I am-I prayed for all those involved and left this battle to GOD-because I always WIN IN HIM!!!
