It good place go but when got ladies with attitudes it be very horrible .I never been to place that so many act like they hate be courteous then food sometimes not put together like be shown on TV ads .I mean I came there several times missing something or they forgot add cheese or whatever .I also got drinks that was very flat .I love going there but I guess it be what be .They use more people friendly at windows !!!

I don’t normally write reviews, but I was really disappointed with my experience. The food looked carelessly made—I shouldn’t have to eat a taco with a fork. I also ordered large nacho fries and never received them. When I went to the counter, several employees looked at me but no one approached me. Eventually someone asked what I needed, I explained the situation, and I still didn’t receive the food I paid for.
I’ve never had an experience like this at Taco Bell. As a paying customer, I feel your employees should take much better care of the people they’re serving. That’s basic customer service. Please fix this.

Went through the drive-through, service was all right nothing spectacular, got the food and it was so poorly made for burritos that are almost 5 dollars apiece. They had like nothing in them.

Food is fine as always but i cannot stand the stupid ai that takes your order. It never gets the order right and i always have to correct it at the window. I dont want to have to argue with a computer every time i go to grab something quick to eat.

I walked into the store. I had placed a mobile order. The man behind the counter places a large cup on the counter. I thought it was for my order because I had a large drink on my mobile order. He said “that cup wasn’t for you.” I was like “sorry, I had one on my mobile order I thought it was for me”. He was like “well next it wasn’t. Next time, come to the counter.” How about put a drink cup next to orders placed in the mobile orders area? Dang! What’s the point of having a mobile pickup area if I have to come up and talk to you and wait 15 minutes for a cup? Never coming back.

Employees threw my desert in the bag where as my dessert should have been placed in the small pack that the cinnabons come in, the employees lacked empathy and showed emotion about how they treated my food. They were not even busy at the time. Please help them to understand that the business they are in requires 100 percent customer satisfaction.. and this experience tonight is giving one star.

Wow! The woman in the drive thru asked if we want sauce then didn’t even give us any. Only 2 napkins for 2 $5 boxes. Thanks for the broken tacos with barely any cheese too. Terrible Taco Bell! Terrible service.
