The service was phenomenal. Very kind and polite staff. The food was bomb, except one of my burritos was mostly rice and no other filling. I went inside to use the restroom and the facility was not all that clean but it definitely smelled nice. I would recommend this place just maybe ask them to add extra filling if you get a grilled cheese burrito.

Ordered online . Ordered a box got the chalupa , bean burrito , and chips and cheese . Chips was not filled up . Chalupa wasn’t toasted .The lady on the intercom acted as if she wasn’t happy to be there nasty attitude once reached the window and they’re not friendly at all .

Edit: had an online order, but when I arrived I was told they weren’t open yet, even though the app, the sign on the door, and their page on google said otherwise. I was told to come back 30 minutes later, so I did, and when I came back I was told by the same lady that they still weren’t open yet and to come back in another 30. I don’t have time to play games, especially games that last an hour. I was told if I wanted a refund I’d have to personally contact Taco Bell through the app, but have yet to hear back from them either. If there was an issue with your system, just say that, don’t lie to me and make up random times to come back. it was a waste of my time and money.

I hope I’m spelling his name correctly but Emmanuel at the drive-through did a very good job at serving us. Was polite, professional and went above and beyond and should definitely get credit for satisfying 2 customers. I will be back to this Taco Bell for that amazing atmosphere!
