I do love the decor in this store..
Not sure how to rate the service part. I mean, I ordered my meal myself, so I can’t really rate the store on that, can I I did most excellent, tho. I was a little slow, but I think I might get better with time.
The food was really good. I get taco supreme.
Sometimes the be chincy with the ingredients. The shells were actually full ! The first thing I always notice is tomatoes. And there they were !! Enough that if a coupla fell off I still had enough to taste
We go here every so often. I gotta say, the store is always clean.

Does this look like a taco to you? I also asked for extra sauce on my quesadilla and it taste like they didnt even put any on it. Got two steak grilled burritos and they didnt out any steak in it.

My wife and usually go to this location twice a week. On this particular visit, we order taco supreme for my wife. We spend about 42.00 dollars a week. My wife tacos weren’t prepared correctly, so I decided to go to the front counter and ask for a little sourer cream. I was very polite, I asked the young lady could she put a little more on my meal. She frowns and says.” what’s wrong, that is how it comes. I said, sorry for the inconvenience, I understand but usually its more come on here. She repeated herself and spoke, that is how it come, I said, just give me a refund, this employee was willing to lose a customer who comes in and spend $45 plus dollars a week, $180.00 dollars a month, $2,160 a year, and this employee refused to give us a spoon or two of sourer cream. You go do the math. This is the main reason why most business is closing up, businesses don’t know their comminate customers, we didn’t ask for anything FREE.

This review has been 3 years in the making. If there has been a manger there for that long, they need to be fired or ownership needs to change. I have come accross a slew of employees at this location and it is the same old story. I don’t really need someone all cheery and smiley at the window. You work at a fast food place, I get it. I don’t need to be courted. I just want my food to come out at a reasonable speed and not the 30 minutes I patiently waited today for them to serve the people ahead of me, just to still be waiting longer. Or an hour like I’ve waited in the past. I can walk to this Taco Bell if I wanted to but starting today I’ll gladly start driving to another one to never have to deal with this garbage again.

A restaurant was nice and clean play cashier was very friendly. Butt what I ordered was not at the par. I ordered the beef grande nachos in the three cheese chicken flatbread. The three cheese chicken flatbread was excellent. But Beef Grande Nachos was not 2x the food.

Some little girl at the drive through today needs an attitude adjustment. About 515pm or so. Items were slow to come up on screen so wasn’t sure if she got the whole order. Then she says “yea I got it,what else do you want”? In a childish,I’m over this kinda way. Oh she was so annoyed that she was bothered with customers at her job. Not my fault you are a miserable human. Do better

Idk what this is but what a waste of money one is a chalupa and the other is a five layer burrito I didn’t know they meant five layers by five different tortillas who in there right mind thinks this is acceptable I absolutely will not be going back I’m assuming the manager or higher ups authorize this but this is disgraceful

This place is pathetic. Not only did i not get what i ordered, my crunchwrap had ZERO beef or cheese sauce not to mention i couldn’t even eat the remaining bull**** because it was soggy. And what even is this sorry excuse for a bean burrito i got instead of the beefy 5 layer i ordered?

I ordered a crispy chicken cantina and went inside to pick it up. The picture shows that there’s about 2 pieces of chicken on one side of the taco and it wasn’t fresh either. I went to the counter to ask to get another one made and was told that that’s how they’re made with an attitude. The customer service made the experience worse.
