I went here and went through the drive-thru; I ordered 3 spicy potato tacos and a 5-layer burrito. The girl on the speaker even repeated my order to me.. when I got my food; my 5-layer burrito was barely even 1-layer.. this is the first time I’ve ever had an issue with my food..

My boyfriend and I stopped by there about 10:30 p.m. and not only was the girl at the window extremely rude but she also rounded up my change for donation WITHOUT ASKING! We both ordered a grande nacho and they had hardly anything on them and was actually missing a few ingredients! I will not go back to this location mostly because of the poor service. I know it was just before closing but I also work in food service and that’s just how it goes sometimes. A little customer service goes a long ways even though you might be tired and ready to go home you have to remember that without the customer you do not have a job!

Ordered $35 worth of food. Didn’t receive everything I ordered and no sauce at all. I think a complete fire of current employees and a re-hiring of new employees is needed. If you don’t care enough about the job you’re doing don’t apply for it. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

I asked for someone to take my order and the girls told me to use the thing upfront to place order. I then asked for help I was having a very hard time finding fries and once again I asked if someone would just take my order. The cook told the girl I needed help but she never bothered to come help me so I finally left Because no one would help

I waited 60 days came back to Taco Bell they still want you to use the kiosk no personal help at all from the people here I watch 1 talking on the phone which I got a picture of. I strongly suggest not coming to this Taco Bell.

If you are a Caucasian-don’t go here! You will be treated like garbage just because of the color of your skin. From the time you are trying to order until they throw you your bag. Terrible terrible terrible place! Pitied of the cheese roll up they gave me. If you’re white, this is what you are going to get.
