How is this worth $7?! Taco Bell has fallen off hard! I dont mind spending $7 on a steak quesadilla but it better not look like this on the inside. This is just sad

Terrible horrible experience at this restaurant, but it was not related to the food. The employees were extremely rude and even followed me into the restroom screaming at me saying, “Hey Play Boy the party is over and you gotta go” I was not causing a scene or doing anything other than enjoying my meal, and then attempting to use the restroom. If the dining room closes at 10 PM then why wasn’t I informed nicely that it was closing, and they could have respectfully and nicely asked me to leave instead of following me into the restroom and calling me a “play boy” and screaming at me to “leave the restaurant.” I am a 54-year-old white male, so what about me emits being called a “play boy” The employees refused to give me their names, the names of managers or the franchisee. I am not one to play the race card, but this was a completely racist encounter, and it won’t end here, so get ready because I am in the local television business and bad press is coming, as well as filing harassment charges against this restaurant and these two employees. The location address is 4220 Burbank Drive Baton Rouge, LA 70808. I will be visiting this restaurant again tomorrow to speak with a manager-on-duty and to voice a complaint to the franchisee and corporate.

shawn (sean?) deserves to be a manager. I explained my pick up issue to him and he was nothing but kind and understanding. He helped me out and made my order to the T. he also had a smile that is truly one of one. he was able to help me while also keeping the line of costumers moving. he is the GOAT!

Let me just say, this was a big problem, I was doing some deliveries for Uber Eats and myself along with at least 20 others also doing some sort of free delivery service we made to stand OUTSIDE in the pouring rain for our orders. So not only was that bad but what’s worse is the amount of time it took to get just 2 orders OVER “”4″” HOURS!!!

lied and told us we could pick up at the doordash window, then forced us to go around the drive through again. severe staff miscommunication and a pitiful sense of understanding, constantly a mess at night when there’s a rush. there are mcdonald’s functioning with 2 workers better than this during rush hour. shut this location down, it’s pathetic truly. train your workers to not lie to customers at least.

This day was outstanding. The food was fresh and the crisp on the chulupas was soft. (Lunch time 3/3/26)

Get this. If you get more than TWO online orders in one car, they only let you pick up TWO orders. Like how hard would it to be to hand one more bag to one car this is outrageous and should not be a normalized policy for any restaurant whatsoever. Also the drive thru service took an hour plus

IF I COULD GIVE A PLACE 0 STARS I WOULD. I HAD TO KEEP GOING BACK MULTIPLE TIMES BECAUSE OF MISSING ITEMS. MR. VINCENT M WAS MY CASHIER WAS RUDE AND GAVE ME ALL THE WRONG STUFF. I came back to get my stuff I paid for and when I asked him to repeat what I was missing he said “whatever you said” and continued to give me THE WRONG THINGS AGAIN. also we never ordered a steak burrito/taco/ whatever and received this instead of our actual order. Our friend who ordered chicken and can’t have red meat can’t even eat this?

I’ve been to many Taco Bells across the U.S. and even worked at one for a year, leaving shortly after I was offered a manager position (i.e., I know how the kitchen runs).

Generally, I laugh at the idea of rating fast food mega-franchises on these apps, and hate the idea of deriding near-minimum-wage workers when their work quality doesn’t surpass what that pay honestly deserves, but I will say that this is the only location I’ve ever been to where the quesadillas and most items that require a quick (~30 second) stint in the steamer come out consistently lukewarm (under-steamed) and with the cheese largely unmelted. This is the sole purpose of the steamer–to melt cheese quickly and produce what should be a stringy quesadilla or melt.

This has persisted over the numerous times I’ve been there in the last year or so, and it’s a matter of shorting the food’s time in the steamer (the last station at the end of the food line). Pulling orders out ahead of the pre-timed half minute cycle to stuff the bag and pass on prematurely saves time during rush, but this has happened even when there were no other customers there.

In addition, I love the spicy potato soft taco and fiesta potato items, but can’t recall a time when the potatoes hadn’t clearly been sittikg out for hours to dry out. It only takes a few minutes to drop another bag of potatoes when the sitting ones are clearly dried out and cold.

Please fix this. For me, it’s discouraged me from eating here entirely.

Went there 9/11 around 1-2 AM I noticed there was a conflict between the taco bell worker and a door dash driver. The exchange between the two was pretty heated which led to the door dash driver speeding off in a very dangerous matter, I could tell she was irate and very short tempered. Even though the worker tried to keep his composure I’m quite sure he was very agitated with the hostile way of the door dash driver, with that being said my order was up next which was two chili cheese burritos, two other burritos and an apple empanada. The only thing that was made correctly was the apple empanada the burritos were horrible and wrapped so undesirable, I don’t think chili cheese burritos consist of beans ground beef and so little cheese.. it’s like his frustration with the door dash driver was taken out on my order and that midnight purple drink tastes like air freshener and carbonated water very horrible.
I mean for 27.00 I should have been able to enjoy the meal, but I was not. If you’re in the fast food service business, you should always remain professional and make sure your food reflects that at best
