The evening shift is horrible. I have ordered twice on the online app at around 9:30pm-10:00pm. The 1st incident I ordered on the app got to the restaurant and was told the computers were down but the app allowed me to order. I was able to cancel the order while at the drive thru window and was refunded. Second incident I’ll give it another try, 03/03/26 9:30pm-10:00pm, I ordered in the app once again 2 mini taco salads extra meat add sour cream and cinnamon churros. I pulled up for pickup same young lady as the first visit mumbles something about “only having soft tacos”. I told her I placed an in app order. Drives forward get my order and the sign should have been the bag was cold! Pulled into my driveway open the bag the mini taco salads ONLY HAD LETTUCE AND CHEESE, WTH! The churros was COLD and horrible! Same crew from the 1st visit! It did no good to renovate a building and the food and service is TRASH!

1st, im not huge on taco bell, cost vs what you get is a bit steep NOW A DAYS, that and my favorite CHICKEN casada has more cheese now than flavor HOWEVER, opinions aside;
Customers and non customers experience will continue to be controversial, and rarely understanding in this day and age, so let me interject some facts into the mix.
given the location/circumstances this location is exposed to daily, i was completely shocked with the elevated standards and just how CLEAN the place is compared to nearly EVERY taco bell location in the baton Rouge area. This team needs to be commended for there efforts and adjustments they needed to make in order to sustain high standards in this location, great team and team work.
How often can you say behind a toilet was cleaned in a restorant DAILY, even behind the faucet? Not only that three windows counters FLOOR, EVERYTHING IS PRESTINE… toilet paper fully stocked… draines clear floor drain p- trap full of water so no sewer smell comes through, lights are all working, the staff is professional, and don’t apear to be lacking, you can tell a mother must be in charge here haha, some workers may have been on break so I understand but curb apeal may suffer with groups of workers sitting out, but in general, this place is dialed in, i would be suprized if this team passed inspections with flying colors if they keep this up!!!.
As a supervisor, seeing no stone unturned is what I look for in preventative maintenance and this place is doing well to privide safe, healthy food, instilling integrity, and providing quality to the community. And its not being spoken about, I feel bad reviews will be majority and its inevitable simply due to the nature of the beast…
And my goal is to hit hard with facts here.
And ill be the first to say id rather eat here than most restorants in baton rough simply becuase of how well the bathroom and amenities are maintained PERIOD.
AND NO, I DON’T KNOW ANYONE at this location, feel free to look me up.

Order my food they keep canceling order don’t want to answer the phone people sick with the flu and can’t get out the bed and really was trying to feed their family and these people will not answer the phone or make the order the worst Taco Bell ever

Where to start… The dining area is not neat, clean, or welcoming. I made a purchase for two meal deals and had requested ranch to be added to my bag so I can dip my food into it. I sat down waiting the time they told me it would take approximately 10 minutes and then proceeded to check my food and realized that I didn’t receive the ranch I requested. I went to the service desk to which I once again requested ranch, and to which I was answer rudely what I had ordered. I proceeded to tell the lady what I had orded and she then informed me that it came with what I get. In turn refusing to give me any ranch as I had requested and that they also had on their shelf in clear view. So the possibility of not having any wasn’t the issue for them. The issue is that even though I had requested and even willing to pay for said item, the lady refused to get me any. What also wasn’t appropriate was how the manager didn’t care to correct the issue even though she was currently present during the occurrence. Not once, but three different occasions I had requested ranch and not once, but three times I was not given ranch. Yeah it might seem petty for me to write this nasty review, however customer services is as only good as the employees working behind that counter and if customers are expected to tolerate a horrible customer service from people like that then something is wrong in this world. Last I checked it’s one’s job to provide good quality customer service. Also my chicken nuggets were dry even though at the same time informed that they had the sauce they come with. I am honestly absolutely disappointed in this location and this isn’t the first awful experience I’ve had with their employees.

This place has really gone down. Cussing in front of customers. The girl at the counter was high as a kite. The entire experience was horrible. I’m not sure I want to eat my food because they don’t look very sanitary. I’m so disappointed.

Waited in drive thur for 10mins . Then when asked about a loaded beef nacho worker didn’t say holding let me find out she had me sitting there again . I left because this is so ridiculous how this place is run . Unprofessional

I have seen children take better directions than the people that work at this store. They couldn’t get the orders right not once but twice. I had to go back in the store to get it fixed. The food was ice cold and beverages had almost 0 ice.
