Worst Taco Bell ever! I waited more than 20 minutes for my order. I had to ask about it twice. They were not busy! I watched the worker make half my order and then let it sit there for more than 10 minutes while he did something else. When I finally got my food, most of it was cold. The crunchy tacos were soggy and disintegrated. I had to go back to get something they left out. The food was terribly put together and thrown in the bag.

Night shift horrible! Evening shift always had my order right. I ordered a cantina chicken burrito.. They gave me cantina chicken with rice inside the taco.. I paid for the creamy garlic sauce and both times they did not put it in the bag..Yall need to have a manger on night shift or sum because this is really aggravating that they keep messing up peoples orders . On top of that not being at the window when a car pulling up bc they’re in the back playing around.. do better Taco Bell

I placed an online order and paid extra for certain swaps and customization. The entire order was wrong, there was tomatoes on everything even when I specifically put no tomatoes. None of my customizations were completed. The best part of it all is that they were completely dead, no one else in there but me. They will never be getting my business again and I don’t suggest they get yours unless you want to eat a completely different order than what you wanted.

How hard is it to not put jalapeno sauce on a damn quesadilla? Impossible at this location apparently. I have gone multiple times to this location. The first few times I went, the food was awesome and correct every time.
Now every time I go, the workers are too lazy to NOT put sauce on apparently. They grab whatever they feel like giving me and give it.
The workers are also consistently rude except for ONE of them. When they take your order they never listen and they’re extremely rude when they can’t hear you even if you’re already yelling down the speaker, as if it’s my fault that they’re at work.
If you want actually good service and your food to never be messed up, you’ll have better luck going to the McDonald’s or Sonic around the corner.
Honestly, you may have a better experience going to one of the closed down restaurants in the area than here.

Took an hour to get my food.
The taco wasn’t even warm and the meat was disgusting in flavor.

This Taco Bell is very slow compared to other Taco Bells that I frequently go to on a weekly basis. Also, for breakfast, love the breakfast crunch wrap and getting the breakfast salsa to put on it, 9/10 times this Taco bell never has it. Out of all the times I’ve gotten breakfast at this location, they’ve had it once. Other Taco Bells have never let me down on having it. Did a mobile order last night, went to lobby, guy ask if I was picking up for Michael, I said no for Matthew. Like 15 minutes went by after the served multiple people and a lady asked me if I was waiting on something and I said yes a mobile order for Matthew. She says that I need to tell them that when I arrive so they make it. I responded and said I told that guy right there that I was picking up for Matthew. They could use some management improvements on making sure this place is stocked correctly and their employees are working efficiently.

CHECK YOU FOOD BEFORE PULLING OFF !!!! Order the loaded nachos and only had about 6 chips , the burrito I order had sauce but only all the way at the bottom !!! Asked for Verde sauce and Amber G. didn’t even know what that was. She assured me it was in the bag … it in fact was not !!! This is the can’t get right crew( last time I ordered here they forgot my child’s taco and I had to come back!) !!! Not to mention when I pulled up Amber was too busy giggling and conversing with her coworkers that she couldn’t greet me just asked what I needed , while trying to order she didn’t even have the decency to mute the mic just kept talking. I guess that’s why she tried to give me a starry instead of the dr.pepper.
