Food was great. I don’t care much for the automated ordering process. It takes a minute to navigate the menu. There are so many options to choose from that it is a bit difficult to locate a specific item. The upside is being able to customize how you want your order and being able to adjust your order depending on your price range

The woman working the counter at 850 pm Dec 23rd 2025 has a disgusting attitude. Me and my husband placed an online order and she argued with us that the window that we placed it at a diffrent store. After saying “we needed to check the order in at the window which we did” We offered the order number wouldn’t even hear it. A few moments later it apparently popped up. They made the order. Still with the same attitude. I understand the season is hard and some guest are hard to handle but it’s not excuse. I hope the next guest receives better service.

The staff and is always so kind to me, and the food is always great. I would like to give a special mention to the manager Emily; she is easily the best manager at the establishment due to her great attitude and quick service. I would also like to mention Ethan, another one of the employees. He works so hard and my food always tastes better when he makes it. If you ask me, Emily and Ethan deserve a raise for their exceptional work and service.

This is a great taco bell. I always get good food here. But tonight there was an employee sitting in their vehicle which was parked right by the front door and she was with another employee and they were smoking a cigarette out in the open. They should not be smoking by the front door and employees should Park away from the front door to give customers a place to park. Someone needs to check on this

The sauce on the items I ordered had a strange taste to them. I couldn’t tell if they were kept at the wrong temperature and they went bad, or if Taco Bell changed the recipe. But either way, I think I’m going to take a break from Taco Bell for a while.

My first visit to the restaurant and it will be the last. I ordered online and received it in the restaurant. I ordered a different type of side sauce and it was registered on the order and I received the whole quantity. Only one type. The avocado box was dirty on the outside and the sour cream boxes were bad service.

I had placed an order and went into the bathroom. The only stall was occupied so I waited 10 minutes for the guy to come out. He came out wearing Taco Bell uniform and walked right outside the bathroom without washing his hands. When I talked to a manager about this she said she would have a talk with him like it was a slap on the wrist. That is the most disgusting thing I can imagine from the food industry. I will never ever come to this location ever again. Be warned. They have poop hands when they make your food

Ever since they started the AI ordering the accuracy has gone downhill. The order is always correct and paid for on my receipt but I’m missing items. This has happened 6 or 7 times and ofcourse I do not want to go all the way back to town for a $3 item but it is really adding up.
