I was eating my tacos, and I thought I felt a thin piece of lettuce in my mouth, It turned out to be a dark colored hair from a human!! As I was throwing up all over everywhere, all I could smell and right afterwards was cat litter!! It smells like a used cat litter box!! It was in my nostrils in my mouth! I can still smell it!!! Never again will I eat here nor anyone that I know!

I ordered my food online in the parking lot ,then pulled in the drive thru expecting my food to be hot and fresh!.
Unfortunately my food was cold and the nachos were stale and hard.
Definitely will not be spending my money here again

Frank is the best! He’s our favorite!! We’ve been going to this same Taco Bell for a little over a year consistently and Mr. Frank has truly become the highlight of our visits. He deals with problems and is able to deescalate any issues that comes up with employee or customer— we’ve literally seen this man take down a situation on both accounts and he is great at keeping the system flowing smoothly.
We ordered on the kiosk and seated ourselves, promptly got our drinks and when they gave us our food we ended up not getting an entire meal, (and mind, the luxe boxes and discovery boxes are supposed to come in BOXES— hence the name ,) but the guy who was supposed to put the meals in their designated containers failed to do so and our food got mixed up on the trays we were given… (But don’t fear Mr. Frank gave the employee a stern talking to and when the man brought the meal we were missing out to us, he had made sure to put it in a box. ) Overall, the employees are very friendly and welcoming, respectful and helpful. They promptly got the issue with our whole missing meal situation resolved.
The floors and bathrooms are decently clean, it’s rare that we find trash or smears of stuff just randomly on the tables, floors, and walls like other Taco Bells that we have dined at.

Went to Taco Bell on Plank and Baker and order 3 soft chicken Tacos, When I got home to open them this is the portion I received from Taco Bell, this so sad to serve someone this. I ask what the measurement or portion of Tacos Chris manager on duty could not tell me he ,should no compassion, he never said i do apologize, he never said let me correct your order- poor customer service. I will be contacting cooperate office, the money I spent was not worth the soft tacos

Definitely won’t return to this location again. The Colonel in the drive thru window is very Rude and disrespectful I tried to overlook his sarcastic comments until he became unruly. Food quality is poor and then He want you to round up THE AUDACITY.

This is the only fast food place in Baker that I like to go to. The service is always 10/10, as is the food. My order is always right and comes out in a timely manner. Love the staff!

Its taco bell, the food is same at all locations. Now service amd atmosphere depends on the time of day. Some times its great, other times they are very rude and playing around not working. I sropped going inside because the tables and floor are always nasty.

This is the second time I ordered the Steak Nachos Box and it’s made horrible. The very first time had me in awe but as you can see from the picture, it was bad. They had no steak so I got chicken instead, its loaded with beans and it looks like a drop of Nacho cheese sauce they sprinkled regular shredded cheese that didn’t melt good, so it’s like a nacho chicken Mexican pizza cause its stuck together all the chips and beans.
