I am beyond pissed. They basically stole. All i got was cold nacho fries and I didn’t get my main course. I called and I had to repeat myself several times. The woman told me that I had to have a better attitude. But I’m starving!! That is theft! Both them women had a lot of nerve. And then on top of it all, my husband has to go all the way back to this location to pick my chalupas up. They deaf and don’t care!! I wish I could just go in there and not get in trouble for telling somebody off.

As a resident of Youngsville and constant city contributor to my city this taco bell always gets our order wrong even with the AI. Paying money for less items is never ok additional to ask to round up total… At least get the order right but NO wrong 80%

We ordered a breakfast bell grande box but instead of telling us they no longer have that, & giving us the breakfast Crunchwrap combo, they gave us a burrito combo so when we pulled back around to let them know, they were rude & made us believe it was us that was wrong. Asked for my card but didn’t give a receipt & so say corrected the order but didn’t reflect on my account. Got our breakfast crunchwraps and one was not folded & falling everywhere. They were extremely small & not made properly. I attached a photo to show. I always get the breakfast crunch wrap & it’s usually full & will fill me up. But not today. I usually never have problems with this location but these were different workers than usual.

Update… The portions are ridiculous. I don’t know if it’s a nationwide, cuz this is the second time I’ve had small food like this, but I’ve never seen a taco and burrito this small before. My bean burrito is the size of a soft taco and my soft taco is pretty much all tortilla. I never thought I’d have to give up Taco Bell before, but if they don’t go back to normal I won’t have any other choice. It was like this at a different location too.
The service at this location is awesome. Really friendly order takers every time I come. Food comes out fast and is always prepared correctly.

Dont even deserve a 1 star. Terrible people. Terrible food made got a cheese quesadilla with literally 3 pieces of shredded cheese on it basically. Literally a tortilla thats it and paid what $10 for it ya get screwed. Yall need to check on your employees they obviously do not care about no one i would hate to see how they make the food…

If I could rate it a zero I would. I live within walking distance of this place and it’s horrible. I have the same order and every time I go it’s different. I’m lucky if I get everything I ordered. They often leave things out of the order. They like to overcook things as well. It’s absolutely insane how bad this place is compared to any other Taco Bell. I will never return again after shorting my order and over cooking everything tonight. Do not eat here. It’s worth driving elsewhere.

It’s not that the food is bad, it’s also not the employees. In fact they are all so sweet to me. But they started a new thing where you have to speak to a robot to order your food. I much rather talk to an actual human being. Taco Bell needs to do away with that bs.
