I will never return. I merely tried to order a strawberry freeze with the automated system. The employee decided to interrupt my order but I could NOT understand her. The mic sounded muffled. I explained to her how it sounded terrible. So I proceed to the window. She then states i can’t order at the window. Just terrible experience so I left. I am done with taco bell. I never see cars at this location so i give this location another 4 years before they close down.

Ordered 4 Dorito loco tacos , Told them multiple times no lettuce or tomato, they still added it. All my tacos were soggy at the bottom and all broken, small amount of beef in it, didn’t even fill the taco up all the way, what a waste of $22! Also the AI robot at the drive thru doesn’t correctly take orders! They need to stop being lazy and take orders from head set ! Been thru this multiple times at this Taco Bell!

First of all if you mess up someone order you fix it Customer Satisfaction is how y’all get paid . Long story short don’t Eat at this location at all The quesadilla in this photo says so many words Burnt odor from unclean grill and poorly made flat like paper the ingredients evaporated and feeling it is like a dam Frisbee and sad part you have to drive around back in line even if they made the mistake. Food wasn’t awful, but they had a AI bot to take our order the robot messed up our order. It didn’t get it correctly, and it added a bunch of stuff that we did not order. it was very aggravating and did not listen or understand what we were ordering. Would’ve been much better to talk to a real person.

Garbage. The service sucks. Food quality is horrible. I’ll never eat here again. I called to talk to the manager and got hung up on. Very disappointed and disrespectful. Never again. I advise you to go somewhere else.

I was traveling back to New Orleans and made the mistake of stopping at Taco Bell for a quick snack. Big regret. The taco was absolutely disgusting—soggy shell, bland meat, and a weird aftertaste I can’t even describe. I don’t know what that was, but it wasn’t food. Never again.

I come to this tacobell often and something is always missing. And today because they had to take my actual order since AI was messing it up they was mad. I could hear them through the intercom. Dude who took my order at 6:20pm on 1/27/2025 said they couldn’t do 2 orders at the time. Mind you I was the only one there in drive-thru. They didn’t even have customers inside. So why could the 6-7 employees there couldn’t make 2 small orders. How else they think they’re getting paid. After sitting at the intercom for a minute the guy decided to take my second order. Once I pulled up and paid for my food the girl there said the receipt paper just miraculously ran out. Then I peer to the line cooks and one of the girls look back at me to angerly roll her eyes. They had more than enough people to do two orders. If they don’t like making food they should find another job
