These people are the RUDEST Taco Bell employees I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. I do deliveries and after 2200, anywhere, the lobby is CLOSED. So, I go through the drive-thru. I didn’t even try the lobby, there’s no point. And as I’m certain you’re aware, Taco Bell drive-thrus don’t have a way out once you’re in them. So, I’m in the Drive-Thru, like I think I’m supposed to be, at this Taco Bell, and I’m talking to the automated Taco Bell box, when an employee interrupts to tell me that I’m required to come inside for doordash, I clarify it’s Uber, she says doesn’t matter you still have to come inside. I’m like, but I’m stuck in the Drive-Thru. And instead of being like, ‘Well, this one time we’ll let you do it, but in the future you need to come inside’, or something else pleasant, instead she just turns off the box and ignores me. And then they have the NERVE to doddle, when putting the order together when I come inside to get it, like they demanded I do in the first place. This place needs better employees. Communicate clearly and courteously with your customers and it will go a long way. Personally, I will never eat here. You can’t PAY me enough, to eat here.

Paid extra for pico got approximately 3 tomatoes on one taco and 4 tomatoes on the other. Also put in the app 2 mild sauces and 2 hot, I received 4 fire and 5 hot. Considering the lobby was closed, I ordered ahead on the app and there was noone else in the drive thru this can only due to laziness and lack of care for their job. Pitiful, I’ll drive the extra distance to go to the one in Hammond.

I had gotten 3 soft tacos. My tacos were so wet that they had stuck to the wall in the end of a tragic accident of trying to destick em from the wrapper. 1 star ⭐️ However wonderful atmosphere.

Ordered from kiosk, no other customers just my kids and I and after submitting the order we weren’t acknowledged for about 10 minutes despite several employees enjoying each other’s conversation. Taco Bell is an American Institution (personal opinions) and it wouldn’t be the same experience if the staff didn’t ignore me, just a little. “Yo quiero Taco Bell!”
