I don’t know how you screw up a simple order. Legitimately asked for bean burrito with no onions. Not only did they add onions, they added a pound of onions in each burrito.

Drive thru cashier spilled drink on me while passing the drink and I had to ask her to give me napkins after she clearly seen that she wasted it on me, then my chalupa is slimy! And the chips taste like chemicals like they cleaned the heating cabinet while the chips were in there! I am very disappointed it’s like kids are running the store

The food was terrible and tasted like chemicals. I waited 20 minutes for three tacos in a store that had plenty of employees, 2 customers eating in the store and me. They got something wrong on someone else’s food and the guy making the food started saying f this place and that bit$h needs to look in her bag and was very aggressive in general. He said he hated his job and started slamming stuff around even harder.

Worst Taco Bell ever. Got home with order only to discover that the chips on the Nacho BellGrande tasted like chemicals. Went back and spoke with manger on duty and he blamed the day crew! Said they made them so he wouldn’t know. Asked if I wanted him to make me another, no of course not, they taste like chemicals! Told him to try them, said he doesn’t eat Taco Bell.

Ordered 3 soft tacos with meat only, received 3 soft tacos with meat, cheese and lettuce, went back through drive through to get the right tacos and received 3 hard tacos with barely any meat and this is why I don’t go to Taco Bell anymore.

The Pearl River Taco Bell seems to follow their own scheduling, which makes it inconvenient at best. Often, especially at night the door is locked hours early with staff members inside.

This location does not have the same selection as other locations. Also, service was very slow – around 30 minutes in a line of six cars. Perhaps they are understaffed? The burritos we got were not marked; I had to guess which were beef and which were my vegetarian bean and cheese. The food tasted good, however.

I was one of several employees who was blessed to have been chosen to open this store up, grand opening… We rocked this place with great hospitality, fast, accurate service, and a crew to lead us because we were truly dedicated to keeping our store, a memorable experience each and every time.
