I order the same thing when I go. 4 chipotle ranch grilled chicken burritos, with fire sauce. The food is hot and ready but the workers in drive thru have a slight attitude and you almost have to beg for napkins. People shouldn’t work in fast food or customer service if there’s issues!

Went through the drive thru started to order and my daughter asked a question! He said just a second and never came back. About 10 minutes later with 4 cars behind us she said sir and he said hold on they are making a big order. We waited another5 minutes with another car pulling up so we just left but as soon as we got to the window we seen there was 4 employees standing by the counter doing absolutely nothing but talking to each other. This has been the worst service I’ve ever had hands down!

I went through the drive thru and I live about 15 mins away from there and when I got home only half of my food was there. The prices online at the Bogalusa store are not the same as they are at the store and I ended up paying almost double what the internet said.
