Hadn’t ordered fast food such as Taco Bell in years. We were in a bind late one night and decided to give it a try after seeing they offer vegetarian options on their online platform (which is the reason for 2 stars and not just 1). The pictures online were deceiving versus what the guy fixed us. The pictures looked plump, fresh, and tasteful. However, ours wasn’t so. There were only 2 pieces of sweet potatoes on our Spicy Potato Soft Taco and it wasn’t made to order. The potatoes were hard and stale. Very disappointed. The upside was the lady on the speaker was very nice and patient.

It was horrible. The only thing decent was the cheddar fries. Ordered two chalupas. Both shells were cold. Chalupas are supposed to be hot. They put too much sour cream on one of them the chicken and none on the steak. And why if no one was ahead of me why didn’t you take my payment when I pulled up to the window. Why did you take forever? Oh? You were trying to manipulate your handle time? Or what?

Reagan is the absolute best! She makes you feel so welcome, like you’re part of her family, from the moment you walk in. On top of that, I’ve literally never had such quick service at any other fast food place until Reagan helped me with my Taco Bell order. She’s so efficient, but she still takes the time to make sure everything is right and makes you feel appreciated as a customer.
She’s kind, energetic, and just amazing at what she does. You can tell she truly cares about making everyone’s experience great. Honestly, she’s the reason I keep coming back to this location. Plus the nachos and strawberry drink are to die for. If you’re craving Taco Bell, this is the place to go especially when Reagan is working!!!

So I had a bad experience with a Taco Bell and Morgan City and this one just so happens to have a Morgan City address as well. I’m not going to get any details but the manager here handled it so well and so professional. I get props to her. She did an amazing job and she corrected my order from another Taco Bell. She definitely deserves a raise

Taco Bell hired Ray Charles cause I asked if my beans was in the bag and he said yes. Guess what, no beans cause he is Ray Charles, blind. I should have checked the bag but i took his word for it. Lesson learned don’t trust Ray Charles check your bag.
