The place was trashed, and not very busy, my nuggets were burnt, and they forgot my buddy’s fries. On top of this, when I went to the bathroom, the first thing I saw walking to the urinal was a guy in the stall. With the door closed. The gaps are so big there is no privacy and I had trouble using the bathroom because I could feel his eyes on me. Do better.

Our order was eventually correct, but it was disorienting to be greeted by an AI program who misinterpreted everything I said until the actual Taco Bell employee came on to clarify my apparently complicated order of 3 soft tacos with no lettuce. The food itself was great, as was the actual employee. At no point did I want a cheese quesadilla but AI gonna AI.

The employee at the window was excellent. She made sure my order was correct and engaged in conversation with me for a moment. That made me feel welcomed there. She told me to have a great night and be careful m, showing she cared about me as her customer. Terrific job!

Look I love me a good quesadilla. But the sauce that comes in it gives me slight allergic reactions. I ordered it with no sauce like I always do and of course they put it. Its been happening more and more recently with this location specifically. Spent $15 on a meal and I can only eat the taco.

I came here the other night I ordered online and got two of the $5.99 cravings boxes. I get home and notice i didn’t have my cinnamon twist and they messed up my quesadilla and burrito, so I came this afternoon to see if they could fix it cause I tried to call the night that it happened but nobody answered. So they made my order again but it was wrong for a second time. There was no clarification or them making sure my order was right this time. I wouldn’t have made a big dead about it but I went inside the night it happened and gave the two workers $5 each before I knew my order was messed up. I’m grateful that they re made my order but there needs to be some better customer service and they need to make sure they get the right order my asking the customer if there order is right at the window.

the staff was rude . the automated machine when you order needs to go. it’s stupid . to make a separate order you have to drive around to the end of the line . open all day and couldn’t break 100$ bill. this place is ridiculous.

Food was disgusting and cold. Most of my order was messed up and they refused to remake it and was completely rude about it saying you’ll have to pay extra for us to remake it. WOULDN’T suggest this Taco Bell at all. Save your money and time and go to another one because this one definitely isn’t it!
