Rudest ppl I’ve ever had to deal with. I was told I couldn’t get extra sauce packets for an order I was picking up for door dash that I had to pay for them and if the customer didn’t put it on their ticket they couldn’t have none and slammed the window in my face. And to be clear we are talking about the free mild hot and fire sauce packets that Taco Bell gives their customers when they order food!

As others have said, this place deserves negative stars. We ordered delivery and they got our order completely wrong. Also, after requesting extra sauce and asking our delivery person, we did not get a single sauce packet for 13 tacos. The tacos were extremely stingy as well. What a joke and a scam.

If I could give them zero, or even NEGATIVE stars I would. I expect a certain level of idiocy and incorrect item issues from Taco Bell as a starting point, especially at 11pm on Thurs, even though that’s a regularly busy time and day for a Taco Bell let’s be honest. They really should be staffing more solid in quality crew members at that time knowing that that’s usually a peak business hour for them. However all of that aside really bottomed out to new lows. I’ll be honest I didn’t even want Taco Bell this evening but I was too overwhelmed to figure out something else to order or take a chance on something that I wasn’t sure how it would turn out. When I ordered it I only expected it be the standard level of disappointment one expects when their TB order comes incorrect. To make matters worse of course it came through doordash so I couldn’t even bring my food in and say hey man fix this. However I did try to call the store 4-5 times at 15 minute intervals which it just rang until I got the dial tone. So either someone is picking up and hanging up, or they let it ring out it’s allotted rings and have the answering service shut off.
Taking first place for screw-ups nacho fries with zero seasoning on them. How does even happens I’m not sure as I’m pretty sure Taco Bell doesn’t sell regular fries only nacho fries. They also did not send my nacho cheese sauce with these fries.
I ordered a regular Baja blast freeze as you can see in the picture that is not what I got.
Lastly I ordered a crunchwrap supreme sub chicken for beef no nacho cheese sauce. Once again buy viewing the photograph attached to this review you will see that is also not what I got.
Literally worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had the esteemed honor of being disappointed by.
Corporate come get your kids they’re running a muck and your management ain’t doing nothing about it.

The Ai is literally the worst thing to happen to taco bell and i have gotten my order wrong so many time to the point where the good food is not worth dealing with the AI service. It put random substitutions on my order for absolutely no reason.

I had high hopes, but unfortunately, the service was absolutely horrendous. The staff seemed disinterested and unprofessional, and the food preparation was far from correct. The order was wrong, the quality was subpar, and the overall experience left a lot to be desired. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone looking for a pleasant evening quick bite

Dont trust the drive through. I should have taken a picture of my food but we just through it away because how bad and nasty it was. There soda machine was down and said they can give us a bottle of water, instead and they charge us 2 dollars and gave us a cup of water. They gave us the wrong order and old tacos that were really soft and soggy. It looks like a bunch of kids working there. I wont dare to come back again. Don’t go there save your time and money.

I preordered on the app which was not working properly and did not accept the reward that I was due. When I got there, the automated voice did not understand my name and showed me the wrong order. After speaking to a human associate they showed the correct order with hot sauce and napkins. I drove around and asked if I could order the reward desert and was told that I had to drive around again which I did. When I got back to the window I was told that I was given the wrong order which I gave back and they actually gave to someone else! Then they gave me my order and I pulled over and checked it. It had missing items, so I had to pull around again and received the missing item. When I got home I found no sauce or napkins or receipt. Also, the entire time, only one other customer was there, so it was not a matter of being overwhelmed.

Terrible, my order is always wrong and this is the last time I will order from them smh. This just took the cake, paid extra for a drink got something else, and the tacos explain the rest I literally just unwrapped them and this what I got! And I also didn’t get the chips that came with my combo for the nacho cheese, Very sad, they don’t care how they make your order, definitely won’t be ordering from them anymore!!!
